Lorraine stood in front of the ancient sarcophagus, her gun raised and ready for any danger that may emerge. She had been sent to Egypt on a mission, tasked with retrieving a powerful artifact that had been stolen from a hidden tomb. As an MI6 agent, Lorraine was trained for these kinds of dangerous assignments, but there was something about this one that felt different, almost as if she was being drawn towards it.

Suddenly, the sarcophagus began to shake and Lorraine braced herself, ready to defend herself against whatever was inside. The lid burst open and a figure emerged, covered in bandages and with a look of intense hunger in her eyes.

But as she took in the scene, Lorraine couldn't believe her eyes. It was Delphine Lasalle, her former lover who had been killed on a previous mission. Lorraine had never had the chance to say goodbye, and seeing her now, brought back to life, was both thrilling and terrifying.

'Delphine?' Lorraine said, her voice barely above a whisper.

The figure turned to her, her eyes widening in recognition. 'Lorraine...' she said, her voice hoarse but filled with emotion.

Without hesitation, Lorraine rushed towards Delphine and pulled her into a tight embrace. They held each other for what felt like an eternity, both unable to believe that they had been given a second chance.

Eventually, they pulled back and gazed into each other's eyes. Lorraine saw a familiar spark in Delphine's gaze, one that she thought she would never see again. And in that moment, she knew that her feelings for Delphine had never truly died.

As they talked, Lorraine learned that Delphine had been revived by an ancient curse, the same one that had brought the princess Ahmanet back to life. Delphine had been forced to serve Ahmanet, but her love for Lorraine had kept her from fully succumbing to the curse's control.

Lorraine knew that they had to stop Ahmanet and break the curse, but she also couldn't bear to let Delphine leave her side again. With every passing moment, their love grew stronger, and they were soon inseparable.

Together, they fought against Ahmanet and her army of the undead. But even as they battled, Lorraine couldn't help but marvel at the miracle that had brought Delphine back to her. And as they emerged victorious, Lorraine knew that their love was stronger than any ancient curse.

After the mission was over, Lorraine and Delphine returned to London, where they were welcomed back by their colleagues at MI6. But Lorraine knew that, for the first time in her career, she had found something more important than her duty and her loyalty to her country. She had found love, and she would never let it go again.
