Akshara is roaming in the house. They have been here for a month but Akshara still hasn't looked at the whole house. But today she got some free time so, she decided to check out the house. She was looking at the wall with pictures of Naira and Naksh's childhood. The whole wall is filled with their pictures. Her Nina always talked about the wall she had dedicated to her kids' childhood by capturing and framing their memories. Akshara never imagined it would be this overwhelming for her.

"It is pretty impressive na", the voice startled Akshara. She shrieked and jumped a little. She put a hand over her heart and looked at Abhimanyu standing beside her.

"You scared me, idiot", she mumbled. Abhi shrugged his shoulders. Both of them stood together looking at memories of their favourite persons.

"You know, Nina always talked about this wall. Look how beautifully, she had preserved her kids' memories", Akshara told him.

"I know. The first thing I check out in this house is this wall. It's awe-inspiring. It has Nina's imprints all over", he said to her. Akshara felt a little guilty because she had been so busy with her schedule that she couldn't get the time to see this house properly.

"You know there is a wall in the playroom where there were so many markings about Naira Aunty and Naksh uncle's height marks", he told her. Akshara looked at him surprisingly. She didn't know that this house even had a playroom.

"I don't know about that", she said meekly. She didn't check out the house till now.

"Akshara, tumne abhi tak yeh poora ghar nhi dekha hai. Am I right?" he asked her. She nodded her head. "I know you are very busy. Par yeh sab humare favourite logo ki memories hai. We can't miss that. Come", he raised his hand. Akshara looked at it questionably. Abhi shook his head. He slightly hit her head and grabbed her hand.

"I am giving you the tour of the best room in this house", he told her. The moment their hands touched a spark went through. Akshara looked at Abhimanyu. She knew he felt it too. They quickly left each other's hands and went to the playroom.

Abhi opened the door and allowed Akshara to enter the room. Akshara was totally shocked. She put a hand on her mouth. "Yeh room humesha se aisa hi tha kya", asked Akshara. The room is filled with toys, games, train tracks etc. Akshara picked a plush elephant and hugged it tightly.

"Yes, yeh room humesha se hi aisa tha. Nina ne mujhe bataya tha ki unhone iss room ko kabhi touch nhi kiya. Even after going from here, yeh room humesha aisa hi rha. According to her yeh unke bachon ki yadein hai. Woh unke sath kabhi compromise nhi kr sakti hai", he told her.

"Wow!!!" said Akshara astonishingly. She put a hand on the walls where marks were marked. Half of the wall is covered with height marks. Words 'duggu' and 'naira' were written on the wall.

"Nina, Akshara wants to talk to you", said Abhi. He handed over his phone to Akshara. He Facetimed the Singhanias.

"Akshi, kaisi hai meri gudiya", the eldest Singhania asked her lovingly.

"Nina, don't call me that", Akshu pouted while snuggling to the plush elephant. Naitik and Akshara started laughing loudly. They missed their little bean. "I love this room. Apne mere aur bhaiya ke liye aisa room kyun nhi banavaya".

"Yeh tu apni mumma se discuss kriyo," said Naitik, rolling his eyes.

"Naitik, yeh chotu elephant Naira ko kitna pasand tha na. Aapko yaad hai woh bachpan mai iske bina kabhi bhi nhi soti thi. Yaad hai apko use school bhi yeh lekar jana hota tha", said Akshara Singhania remembering her kids' golden days.

"Aur Akshi, yeh jo train track hai yeh tere nanu aur mamu ne khud banaya tha teri mumma ke liye", the senior one told her.

"Really that's so cool", said Akshara. She settled down on the ground and started the train set. It is still in excellent condition. "Abhi, yeh dekho yeh train set kitna badiya hai. Ek dum excellent condition". Abhi nodded his head. He settled down on the ground beside her, looking at the enchanted train set.

Whereas Akshara looked at her husband and mouthed 'Abhi' to him. They never heard their granddaughter call Abhimanyu as 'Abhi'. Both of them are talking in a very civilised manner.  While looking at them nobody can say they are arch nemesis. What happened to them?

"Akshi, tu theek hai na. Tera man lag gya hai na yha pr", asked Akshara Singhania cautiously.

"Yes, Nina. I love it here. The course is excellent. I love all the design aspects they taught me here. Yha pr ek challenge hai jo mujhe Udaipur ke colleges mai nhi milta tha. Also, I made some good friends here too", she said casually. Abhi looked at her surprisingly. He didn't know she had already made friends here.

"That's good. Aur Abhimanyu beta, do you like it here? Akshi tumhe zayada pareshan toh nhi krti na", asked the eldest Singhania.

"I also love it here Nina. The staff is excellent aur mujhe yha bahut kuch nya try krne ko milta hai. Nanu apko pta hai people love trying new, experimental food here", he told them beamingly.

"I am glad you guys like it there. This house has so many beautiful memories please unhe kharab mat krna", said Naitik. Abhira instantly put their heads down. They knew that their grandparents knew about their kitchen fiasco.

"I am sorry", both of them said it together. Then they looked at each other.

"This is the last time Akshi. Mujhe pta hai start tune hi kiya hoga. Mera Abhi aisa kuch start nhi krega. He knows the value of food", the senior one reprimands her granddaughter. Akshu looked down guiltily. Abhi didn't like this emotion on her face. He instantly came to her rescue.

"Nhi Nina meri bhi galti thi. I promise age se aisa kuch nhi hoga", he told her sincerely. Akshu looked at him surprisingly. He is saving her.

Akshara Singhania nodded while smiling slightly, something was definitely going on there. After saying goodnight to her kids she cut the call. Whereas, Abhira is still sitting in the same position looking at the moving train without saying anything.

"Umm, thank you for taking my side", said Akshara after a few minutes. Abhi just nodded his head. They are in the room for a very long time without talking to each other. But it was a comfortable silence, not an uncomfortable one.

"Mai chalti hoon. I have an early class tomorrow", she told him. She got up with the plush elephant. She will definitely take it with her.

"Umm, Akshara, I have to attend the business party on Sunday. Can you accompany me to this party?" he asked her when she was leaving the room. She stopped at the door. Did he seriously ask her for a date?

"As in your date?" she asked. Abhi stood up instantly and shook his head.

"No, not as a date. Definitely not. Mai wha pr kisi ko janta nhi hoon, agar tum mere sath chalogi toh mujhe company mil jayegi", he said hurriedly. Akshara's face fell.

"Ok, I will come with you", she said and went out from there.  She didn't know why she didn't like it when he said he was not taking her on a date. But Abhi's face stretched into a mile-wide smile. He fist pumps in the air. Finally, he will not go alone in that party. "Hush, ab mujhe us party mai bore nhi hona padega. Yeh chipkali hogi mujhe company dene ke liye".

"Akshu tu bahut zayada soch rhi hai. Stop thinking too much. Waise bhi us bandar ke sath date pr kaun jayega", she mumbled and hugged her elephant tightly.

"Kya hoga uss party mai".
