Nothing is much known about Jester, the soon to be named Clown Prince of Crime, Chaos and Death. He is an anomaly to all hero, villain and criminal organizations, he targets all of them with a form of focus and sheer will that scares even the hardest of all Heros. He kills without hesitation, he doesn't focus on sex, race, creed, religion or political structure
He calls himself an Agent of Chaos, for he has no morals, no code or ethics in his crusade of anarchy. He is a master of manipulation, chemistry, criminology and disguise. Some have called him batshit insane, he even made a toxin that made people die laughing, their faces contoured into maniac grins. He is so opposed on turning the Hero society upside down for his own goals, which is unknown
He can take hits from All Might, who can punch a mans skull off with his super strength if he wanted to. He stood against the forces of Union and Legion, all who were taken back by his ability to adapt to any situation and make them believe he is capable of anything. He has killed hundreds of thousands of people, all while laughing under his mask
He is a man who can't be reasoned with, bullied, bought or negotiated with.
He just wants to see the world burn
He once managed to put Homelander in the ICU more than once, which a lot of people thanked him. He somehow managed to remake Compound V, making the Vought officials shit their pants at how he managed to do that.
He fooled Maeve to save the wrong ship that was supposedly filled with innocent people, but turned out she saved a bunch of criminals rather then the ship that exploded and killed everyone on broad
The rest of the Seven, he had a field day with them.
For The Deep, he made him think if he soloed some villains he get praised, but instead he got his ass handed to him and got A-Train caught, then was severely beaten and had his ankles severed.
With Starlight he basically gaslighted her by reminding her of her massive fuck ups.
With Translucent, he exposed his massive porno collection and his stalker habit was shown to everyone, ruining his image. And Noir...oh boy, he basically made him remember what he did at Soldier Boy and sneaked in tree nuts into his snacks, torturing the man for weeks.
With the Union students...umm...how do I say this?
Ah okay here we go: He brutally tortures them mentally and physically, going as far as breaking them down to the point a few checked into a mental institution for help.
With the ORC, he made Akeno remember her mother's death and twisted it to the point she believed her own father killed her mother. Thus making her enraged and kill her own father in revenge, but broke down when he told her that he lied about the whole thing
With Koneko, he tricked her into believing that Rias family ordered the death and destruction of her people and edged her into trying to murder her, making her almost succeed, but sadly it failed but he smiled none the less as he watched them break
With Xenoiva, he told her that God was alive and the Devils lie to make them follow them blindly into joining the Peerage, which he liked as he once placed a Jester toxin on her blade, then blew it
With the Huntsmen, he destroyed all their realities with the cold hard truth of Salem and everything Ozpins been hiding from them and all of Union
He especially enjoyed ruining Ruby by giving her false hope of her mother being alive, which he totally used against her and when he exposed the truth, he already had cut her eyes out with a spork
The Hero students, he ruined the illusion of Hero society and burned them down when they tried to save innocents, but he was angry to Bakugo
He made his torture extremely painful and boiled his face in acid and unknown chemicals
With Issie, he tricked him into thinking there was an orgy waiting for him, when in reality he rigged a trap filled with Holy water and Oil, burning the perv to a crisp. Lets say he took great pleasure in making that perv burn to death
And so many others, he is relentless, he doesn't stop, he won't quit till he finishes his goal

After that, he also has a fixation on a certain group of heros in the world, the ones who may be the only ones to stop and finish his reign of terror on the people of Union and everywhere else
The Vanguardians
No one knows why he is fixated on them, but he makes them play his little game, the ones who are on the joke he is playing and the ones who managed to stop him during life and death situations
Can they stop him? Can they end the madness that has consumed this city?
