Alright, so these books will have changes about the show obviously because shuffled ships but, let's start with ages (Lloyd will never get affected by the tea)

Lloyd: 14
Nya:14, 6 months older than Lloyd
Jay:15
Kai & Cole: 16
Zane: Well...he is nindroid so doesn't matter.

Also Lloyd's trauma will affect him visibly and well these books will be more dramatic than the show and have more content so not just whole copy paste to show but ships are different...but yeah to the book.

"Long before time had a name, the First Spinjizu Master created Ninjago using the four elemental weapons of spinjizu. But when he passed, a dark presence sought out to collect them all: Lord Garmadon. So I, Sensei Wu, his brother, sought out to find four ninja to collect them first."

Wu is meditating in one room, when suddenly hears sounds from other room. "Fire strike! Oh, my gosh, is that the greatest move you've ever seen?" Kai's voice could be heard.

"Stop trying to do it yourself. We need to attack as a team." Cole's voice could be heard.

Wu goes outside to see that none of the ninja are training there. "Hmm."

"Zane, why are you wasting your special attack on me? You have to save it." Jay's voice could be heard.

Wu goes to look for them in a room and finds them playing video games and sighs. "Fantastic, I'm out of lives!" Jay exclaims.

"But the lesson lives on, and I am getting the hang of it. Hee-yah!" Zane says.

"Okay, now!" Cole says.

As the ninja continue with their game, Wu unplugs the television. "Aw..." The ninja say at the same time.

"Aw, man!" Cole says. "It took us three hours to get there!"

"Why would you do that? Why?" Jay asks.

"Just because Lord Garmadon escaped through a vortex doesn't mean he won't return one day for the Golden Weapons." Wu says.

"But Sensei Wu, ever since he's been gone, Ninjago has had nothing but peace." Zane says.

"Yeah, peace is boring. There's no one to save, there's nothing to do." Jay says with yawn.

"We can train tomorrow." Cole says laying down.

"Never put off until tomorrow what can be done today." Wu says.

Cole picks up a pizza piece. "Well, I was gonna eat this pizza tomorrow, so if that's the case..."

Wu kicks the pizza slice out his hand. "No pizza for you! In order to reach your full potential, you must train."

"Uh, remember when we did a little thing called the Tornado of Creation? I thought that was pretty insane." Kai says.

Wu shakes his heas. "Oh. You four have merely scratched the surface of your full potential. There are still so many secrets you have yet to unlock. You haven't even begun to tap into what powers your golden weapons hold."

"You wanna talk secret powers? Check this out." Cole says grapping his golden weapon and uses it to plug back the television so that they can resume their game.

"Don't worry, Master. We will be ready when Lord Garmadon returns." Zane says while others play.

Nya enters the room running and panting. "Guys, Lord Garmadon, he's returned! He was spotted approaching in the Jamanakai Village!"

The ninja gets up but struggle and gets in a mess until everyone get out expect from Jay. Nya gives Jay his nunchucks. "Uh, th-thanks, uh--" Jay starts.
