Felix's pov -
I kept thinking of that day the whole night , jennie noona, her death , her-her smile , mom , her miscarriage,  how much she went through
She lost her bestfriend and her child on the same day it was the first time I had ever seen her cry like that forget about me it was the first time anyone had ever seen her cry like this , to say the least I fell asleep thinking about all of this
The Next Day I was told that hyunjin was supposed to take bed rest for atleast 3 days and for those 3 days I couldn't muster up the courage to go see hyunjin so I avoided him but I  would ask minho hyung or Rosè noona about his health

Someone's pov -
Felix was sitting in his room listening to songs and admiring the the view from his window when the door of his room burst open
"Felix come downstairs " seungmin exclaimed
"Oh god you scared me " Felix Hissed "Why?" He asked
"Just come there's someone we want you to meet " seungmin explained and exited the room Felix following behind
As they reached downstairs felix could see minho , han and hyunjin with a girl
"Who's that ?" He asked pointing to the ginger head
"That's yeji hyunjin's girlfriend remember " seungmin replied "also why have you been avoiding hyunjin ?" He asked
"I'm not avoiding him " Felix defended
"Oh yeah I'm sure you aren't your highness" seungmin sarcastically exclaimed
"He's been sad " he then added
"Hyunjin?" Felix questioned
"Yes " seungmin replied
"Why ?" Felix asked
"You've been avoiding him like crazy ofcourse he's gonna be sad plus I think he hates you even more now " seungmin replied
"But -" before felix could justify himself seungmin interrupted
"You said you cared and ghosted him now he thinks you're just pretending to care because you're guilty , you stupid fuck "
"Did you just call the Prince a stupid fuck" yeji who just heard that part of the conversation asked seungmin
"He's not a prince or shit for me for me he's a stupid chicken " seungmin replied
Hyunjin looked at both of them and rolled his eyes at felix
"I should introduce myself to you too your highness " yeji exclaimed walking towards the prince
"No you don't " hyunjin stopped her "He doesn't care anyway " he added
Felix decided to ignore hyunjin's protest and went up to yeji
"Hello yeji " he greeted shaking hands with her
"You know me your highness?" Yeji blurted out
"Hmm I do " Felix replied "also please don't be formal with me " he pleaded
"As you wish Felix" yeji replied
"See that's how you're supposed to be " Felix exclaimed looking at hyunjin but got ignored
Yeji and Felix talked for a while and felix invited her personally to the ball
"Make sure you come yeji " Felix requested as yeji was about to leave they both shook hands again and felix brought yeji's hand towards himself and kissed the back of her hand making her smile
"It was a pleasure meeting you " Felix exclaimed
"Oh my god no it was a pleasure meeting YOU " yeji exclaimed
They said their goodbyes and yeji took her leave
"Hyunjin " Felix called out after yeji left
"Yes your highness " hyunjin replied
"I want you in my room in the next 5 minutes " Felix ordered and stromed off
"What is his problem he was the one avoiding me like his life depended on it and now he's showing me attitude " hyunjin ranted
"You'll be fine soldier " minho comforted him and rubbed his back
"Only if you reach his room in the next ......3 minutes " seungmin observed ,hyunjin gave him a look and left for felix's room
He knocked on the door
"Your highness " he called
"Come in " came the reply hyunjin entered the room to see felix sitting on his bed
"What ?" Hyunjin asked
"Are you mad at me ?" Felix asked in the softest tone possible shocking hyunjin
"I have no right to be mad at you " hyunjin replied
"Did I upset you ?" Felix asked
"I also have no right to get upset by anything you do or say " hyunjin answered
"Hyunjin please " Felix begged
"So you know what you did was wrong ?" Hyunjin asked
"Yes I do realize that I hurted you " Felix replied
"Did you realize it or did seungmin tell you that " hyunjin scoffed
"I'm sorry hyunjin I didn't mean to hurt you " Felix explained
"Oh im sure making me believe you care , making me vulnerable and then ghosting me isn't hurtful at all " hyunjin retorted
"I do care about you " Felix replied
"Then where were you for these 3 days? " hyunjin asked
"I'm sorry okay I couldn't muster up the courage to face you " Felix explained "Please forgive me Hyunjin " he begged
"Your highness You don't need my forgiveness I'm just a mere employee it shouldn't be affecting you if I get hurt or not " Hyunjin argued
"But it does affect me hyunjin it affects so fucking much do you not get it?" Felix snapped
"Why ? " hyunjin asked
"I-it does you mean something to me everything you do now affects me goddammit " Felix uttered
"Ofcourse it does now that you know I'm her son " hyunjin grunted
"Her son or not you're important to me That's all I know and I don't want to hurt you." Felix replied
"Your highness i-" hyunjin stuttered
"And stop fucking calling me that I have a name" Felix Hissed
"I don't know if you mean what you said or not but I'm going to forgive you my prince " hyunjin replied
"I hear you call me 'your highness ' one more time you're not going to like what you get in return " Felix warned
Hyunjin's eyes widened and he nodded rapidly
"Can I go now ?" He asked
"No " Felix replied
"Why ?" Hyunjin asked
"Because I said so darling " Felix exclaimed
"W-what is your problem? How can you go from an angel to devil in a matter of seconds " hyunjin exclaimed
"You're cute when you're confused but for now just sit down " Felix explained patting the empty space on the bed next to him
"Why though ?" Hyunjin asked as he sat down
"Oh god you ask so many goddamn questions " Felix exclaimed
"You're being weird " hyunjin commented
"No " Felix replied
"I'm trying to stay normal " he added
"You're failing miserably " hyunjin hooted
Felix laughed at the comment and looked at hyunjin
"Hey don't look at me like that I have a girlfriend" he joked making felix laugh
The room fell silent for a while and hyunjin looked around , he noticed felix was holding his head when he looked at him
"Are you okay your-i mean my prince " he asked
"I have a headache " Felix replied
Hyunjin got up and brought Felix a glass of water with some medicine
"Eat this you'll feel better " hyunjin replied and felt felix's forhead to check for fever
"You also have fever you should take this and sleep" hyunjin suggested
"You're my Caretaker more than my bodyguard " Felix laughed
"I'll be anything you need me to be " Hyunjin replied
Felix looked at him with a certain look in his eyes but didn't say anything and simply ate the medicine
Hyunjin sat down next to felix and did something felix had least expected
Hyunjin pulled Felix towards him from his shoulders and rested his head on his shoulder and started massaging felix's head
"What -" Felix exclaimed
"Go to sleep my prince " hyunjin replied closing felix's eyes with his hands
"I wish I could change the way you see me Hyunjin " Felix whispered right before falling asleep making hyunjin loose his mind over what it even meant
