Aru's Pov:

He dragged me inside the temple and it was empty as it was almost midnight.

"No please.. let's talk" I said being afraid of that thing to happen of which I thought would happen while falling on my knees and pleaded him but he wasn't in a position to listen to me. His face was raging in anger, nerves popping out

"Aryan has no room to talk with women like you, he doesn't like betrayals. Especially when it comes to family!" he sneered, lowering himself onto one knee and yanking my hair forcefully, wrenching my head upward and I hissed in pain

"Why is there so much hatred in your heart for me since the starting? Just because I come from a middle class or because you as a human are a monster?" I cried out, my gaze locked with his, aching with pure anger, sadness & terror

"Miss Sharma, you're mistaken. Surprise Surprise! Aryan Adani Chauhan lacks a heart & the capacity to harbor hatred for someone as characterless as you. It would be even shameful to even hold anything for you, let alone be hate" his face remained cold and unforgiving. He let go off his hold and his face softens a bit but gets back to its cold self in no time.. no one can actually read him

He walked towards the Durga Maa idol and picks up the thread that was put on Durga Maa & sindoor along with it. Please.. how do I tell him? Because if I do, what are the chances that he won't tell my family just like how he did now! Please don't do this..

He takes long strands towards me, coming closer, his eyes burning with rage as I desperately plead with him through mine. Without a word, he kneels before me, swiftly fastening the 'mangalsutra' around my neck, igniting a torrent of tears that I cannot restrain

"I heard it was your dream to get married to your dream guy, wasn't it? Well, consider it fulfilled. I promise to ensure this day is etched into your memory forever" he whispered mockingly into my ear as he applied the sindoor to my forehead, prompting me to shut my eyes tightly. If only the young, hopeful Aradhya could have foreseen that her wedding day would unfold like this, with the one person she despises more than anyone else in the world

"Congratulations, Mrs. Aradhya Aryan Adani Chauhan! Welcome to your personal hell!" he sneers, his mocking tone slicing through the air. With swollen eyes, I slowly meet his gaze as he stares back at me with a venomous glare. He stands up and watch me being miserable like that.

I rose slowly, my entire body enveloped in numbness and nausea. It seemed as though I could vomit or collapse at any moment. Unable to bear it any longer, darkness began to engulf me. Just as I was on the verge of collapse, he caught hold of my bare waist, preventing my fall. Squinting through the haze, I observed his emotionless visage. How could anyone possess such a heartless demeanor?

Carrying me in his arms, he strode towards the car as darkness enveloped me entirely.

Startled awake by a jarring thud against the steering wheel by him, I gasped aloud, struggling to orient myself. Glancing around, I realized we were parked at the entrance of Adani's mansion. Memories of the recent bitter encounter flooded my mind, casting a shadow of sadness over my features. The ache of tears lingered in my eyes, a testament to the pain I had endured.

"Given your proficiency in acting, allow me to outline today's script for you. Make it appear as though we did it out of love, or face the consequences, Mrs. Aryan. And yes make sure to hide that fucking crybaby face of yours" he sneered emphasising the name, his gaze filled with disdain. It took me a while to realise I'm married now. And there's no way that no one could identify that I've haven't cried now even though I try to mask it out because I've cried for hours and I'm sure I'm looking a swollen tomato.
