[ throwback to high school day ]

Yerim plays with the cat at school while waiting for Jungwon to be done he handles the activities he is in charge of. Dating with someone smart and holding much responsibility like him isn't easy for her, she needs to understand it and accept they're not going to have much time to spend together.

Unlike her, who has much free time and is flexible to go anywhere after school. In her mind after both of them dating since day one, she's planning a lot to go somewhere and have a cute little dating moment with Jungwon.

But all those turned expectations as she meets the reality of it that will be like this. She isn't mad at him but deep down she feels sad and envious of the all couples in that school, they might think she's lucky for dating a man perfect to be like Jungwon, but they didn't know that they barely had time together.

"Meow~"

The cat turned even more clingy while Yerim kept rubbing his head softly, the only made her turn not too sad right now was the cat that stayed with her while she waited for Jungwon for a long already. She doesn't even dare to check the time on her watch because she doesn't want to disappoint herself if she knows she has been there for a couple of hours already.

"Are we going to have a sleepover in here?" asked Yerim to the cat even though she was aware the cat wouldn't answer anything other than meowing.

"If you said so, then why not?"

Yerim shrugged her shoulder in shock as she heard someone answering her questions, she almost thought it was the cat that talking.

"Jungwonie.. don't just show up out of nowhere like that, please."

Jungwon's plan was just to surprise Yerim, thinking she'd be happy if she saw him but seeing her in a bit of tension got him off guard to the situation.

"Didn't I told you just go back first?" asked him to confirm that Yerim was aware of that.

"I didn't check my phone."

"I'm sorry for keeping you waiting for me this long, let's go back. I'll send you home." Jungwon gets up from sitting beside Yerim as he is already tired.

However, Yerim just stayed still and didn't respond anything to Jungwon as if she didn't hear him. Jungwon thought there must be something wrong, that's why she acted like this. He sits back squad beside her, company her to play with the cat.

"The cat was too clingy with you, it must be a male, right?" he waiting for her to answer him.

"Yes, it's a male."

Jungwon hid his smile as he was able to make a small conversation with Yerim before he went further to ask what she was thinking right now.

"How dare this cat be too close to my girlfriend? I know my girlfriend is pretty but you can't seduce her with your cuteness because I'm cutest than you, heh!"

He takes a glance to the side if Yerim going to respond anything, but she just puts her face straight and keeps herself quiet.

"What's this cat's name?" he still wouldn't give up.

"I don't know, he doesn't have."

"Really? Should we name him?"

"I think we should head home, look.. we're the only students left in this school." Yerim gets up and is about to walk away but Jungwon pulls her hand to stop her.

"I'm sorry if I upset you in any way, I'm bad at noticing my own fault, but I tried my best to be good for you, Yerim."

Yerim sighs as she also feels guilty after seeing Jungwon being guilty of himself. She sat back beside Jungwon, trying to ignore her upset towards him.
