POV PERCY

I woke up and smiled at the sight.

"Morning beautiful." I whispered.

I kissed the top of her head and got up but her grip on my hand tightened.

"Stay." She said.

I layed back down as she opened her eyes.

"Morning."

I cupped her face and smiled down at her.

"You ready for breakfast?"

"No." She said.

My eyebrows furrowed, how is anyone ever not ready for breakfast.

She kissed me, "Now I'm ready."

"Alright, I'll go brush my teeth."

"I'll join you."

We walked to the bathroom and picked up the toothbrushes.

"Wa yu wa a ee?" I asked, my mouth full of toothpaste.

She spat out the toothpaste and replied, "Italian?"

"You read my mind." I said after spitting out my toothpaste as well.

After getting rid of my morning breath Annabeth finally kissed me again.

I swung my arm over her shoulder.

"Lead the way!"

"I don't actually know any Italian places, let's just search for one."

"Okay!"

We put on our hoodies and sunglasses.

"Maybe these disguises aren't the best." Annabeth muttered, looking in the mirror.

"We were recognised almost immediately."

"Check the bag, maybe chaos put another disguise."

"Okay," I said reaching for the black bag.

"Oh cool!" I said removing a small box.

"What's in it."

I opened the box to find two smaller boxes.

"Contacts!" She exclaimed.

"But I like your eyes." I pouted.

"Well, you can't see it anyway cause we're constantly wearing sunglasses."

"Fair point."

After putting on my hazel contacts Annabeth put on her bright blue ones.

"Man, you look weird with blue eyes."

"Yeah, I'm too used to your sea green eyes too."

"I personally love your grey eyes."

We also found wigs but immediately threw them away, there is no way in hell I am wearing a wig, they're itchy and annoying plus Annabeth loves to play with my hair and I love the feeling. I can't really feel it if it's not my hair, can I? Deeper in the bag there were also masks which we wore, it's not too out of place since alot of people wear masks in the colder weather.

We finally walked out of the room, our hoodies still covered most of our hair but some of Annabeth's still leaked out.

We made it out without getting recognised.

I put an arm on Annabeth's shoulder and we walked towards the nearest Italian place.

"There looks nice." Annabeth pointed to once.
