It had been about a week, possibly two, since Wheeljack last saw you, worried like hell he could barely focus on himself, his main goal was to make sure Comet was well, despite the amount of times others have offered to help, he denied it, wanting to do this himself even though it mentally broke him on the inside.
It was a shock to the whole base when Ratchet announced because of how bad the internal damage was, you had been put into an induced coma, estimated to last around possibly a year or longer, this just broke WheelJack even more, knowing he wouldn't be able to see you. Thankfully though, while Ratchet was busy monitoring your state and making sure everything was okay, Arcee helped WheelJack with Comet, which was a big weight lifted off his shoulders. Arcee basically mended WheelJack back together, helping him with Comet and other baby related things, though, Arcee couldn't help herself and recorded the first time WheelJack changed a blowout diaper mess.
"*gag* Its all the way- *gag* up him!" WheelJack exclaimed as Arcee laughed her aft off. In the end Arcee bathed Comet and WheelJack put his diaper and onesie on, but she ended up showing Ratchet the video, which made Ratchet snicker. "I don't blame him, blowouts are disgusting." Ratchet said as Arcee agreed, considering she often babysat Scarlet (Bumblebee and Charlie's little one).
Throughout the course of 5 months, nothing seemed to be new or different, the only different thing in everyone's lives was Y/N's presence, lately, it just started to fade even though you were in medbay. And because of this, Ratchet had a gut feeling something was going on, so he called Breakout and Knockout to come meet him in the medbay. Once they arrived, they too felt the low energy, they all walked into your room, prepared to see the worst.

WheelJack was with Comet, as Arcee made some food, hoping to ease the stress and tension that WheelJack was currently left with. Once food was ready, Comet happily ate and WheelJack watched, chuckling to himself as Arcee smiled. "You do realize you are a super good Sire, right?" She asked as WheelJack nodded. "Y/N would say the same as well." He said, smiling softly. Wheeljack just nodded, not wanting to be reminded of your current state.
