"I'm nervous " Flau'jae told me while squeezing my hand and I looked over at her

"Why are you nervous, this was your idea" I told her while rubbing the back of her hand so she could calm down

"I know but we really about to have a deep conversation about our relationship and I don't know if I'm ready for that, what if I cry" she asked me and I laughed

"It's okay if you cry your supposed to express your emotions, it's a judgment free zone" I told her and she nodded

When the therapist came out to get me and Flau'jae I was nervous but we all went into her office and we sat down

"I know that this is your first time in therapy so I want to start off slow so we're just going to introduce ourselves, for starters I'm Dr. Johnson but you can call me Forest" she told us while looking at me and Flau'jae when we introduced ourselves

"I'm Flau'jae " she told her and she looked at me when I started talking

"I'm Angel " I told her with a smile and I looked at her when she started talking

"I know that y'all are here to get help with y'all marriage but I want to know what really made y'all come to the realization that y'all needed a therapist " she asked us while looking at Flau'jae when she started talking

"To me I just realized that our relationship wasn't really going nowhere with us trying to fix our problems ourselves " she told her and I nodded while agreeing with her

"I never really thought about going to therapy until she brung it up and I realized that we really needed it" I told her and she nodded

"I want our first session to be more of introductory session so I would love to hear about how you first met and how this love story begun" she told us while smiling and I looked over at Flau'jae

"I feel like you should say it" she told me and I nodded and I sat up and they looked at me when I started talking

Location: LSU campus

"Why are you acting so shy" coach G asked me and I shrugged

"I don't know anybody here " I told him while looking at all of my teammates

"That's why you here, the point is for y'all to get to know each other ,you met katerie right " he asked me and I nodded

"Yea they were at the dinner with me and coach mulkey" I told him and he nodded while calling them over to us

"Wassup coach G, hey Angel" they told me when they walked over to me

"Hey" I told them while smiling and I looked at coach G when he started talking

"Can you introduce Angel to everybody I have to go and help coach mulkey with something" he asked them and they nodded

"Yea I got you, you shy" they asked me when coach G walked away and I shook my head

"No, but I don't really know nobody" I told them and they nodded

"I was like that too but you don't have to be shy , I'm going to introduce you to the people I really talk too on the team, I feel like you and mani will get along real good" they told me while walking over to a group of girls and I walked with them
