POV: Flau'jae
Location: mama Kia house

"Ask me if I care, because I don't " I told tray while hitting him and he hit me back

"Can y'all stop, Ameen get your kids" my mother told ameen with an attitude

"What's wrong with y'all , y'all have been fussing since y'all got here" Ameen asked us and me and tray both mugged each other

"Tell him why we're fussing" tray told me and I smacked my lips

"He's mad because I left Angel in Chicago with her boyfriend that I feel like is putting his hands on her" I told Ameen with an attitude

"Boyfriend, I thought y'all were married" Ameen told me while looking at me confused

"We are but we have been separated this whole time and she just got a boyfriend but I feel like he's putting his hands on her" I told him and he nodded

"Why do you feel like that" he asked me while looking at me when I started talking

"Because when I was there she lied and told me that she went to practice and she had got a bruise on her shoulder but I know for a fact that it was from him" I told him and he looked at me shocked

"And you left her in chicago" he asked me while looking at me like I was dumb and I smacked my lips

"Y'all I have to work, I don't know what y'all want me to do Angel knows that I would do anything for her so I don't know why she just won't tell me what's really happening " I told him while shacking my head

"It's not that easy to just tell somebody that your being abused Flau'jae " my mother told me and I looked at her confused

"How is not that easy, all she has to say is he hits me and he can be handled it seems easy to me" I told her while shrugging and she shook her head

"It's not, she might also be being mentally and emotionally abused too it's probably a lot that's she's going through that you don't know about" she told me and I just looked at her confused

"So what do I do, I still don't know what I'm supposed to do" I told her while shrugging, I can't just sit around knowing that somebody is putting their hands on her

"You just have to be there for her and just keep letting her know that your here for her don't let her feel like she's alone" she told me and I nodded

"But what if she still doesn't tell me, ma some people that go through this don't always make it out of the relationships and I can't loose Angel to this " I told her and I felt myself getting emotional

I have never seen  anything like this before so I don't even know what to do

I just want Angel to tell me what's happening so I can help her, but every time I talk to her she tells me that she's okay but I know that she's not

Angel is a mother she literally has kids so how can he just sit around and put his hands on her like she's nothing

"You won't loose Angel, Angel is one of the strongest people I have ever met she can get through this" she told me while giving me a hug and I shook my head

If something happens to her I would literally never forgive myself because I'm here witnessing her go through this and I can't even help her

"That's why you need to go back to Chicago, leaving her there while she's going through that is the dumbest thing that you could've done, you have to go back" tray told me and I nodded

"Do I have any interviews coming up" i asked my mother and she shook her head no

When I was done talking to them I left and I went home so I could pack to go back to Chicago
