ᴡʜᴏᴅᴜɴɴɪᴛ? 𝙰𝚗 𝙽𝙼𝙸𝚇𝚇-𝙴𝚅𝙴𝚁𝙶𝙻𝙾𝚆 𝙼𝚞𝚛𝚍𝚎𝚛 𝙼𝚢𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚢

ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕡𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝟙: 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝔹𝕖𝕘𝕚𝕟𝕟𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕠𝕗 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝔼𝕟𝕕

Opening Scene (Gaeul POV)

"No way!" I screamed into the phone talking to my best friend, Yujin.

"Yes, and then he admitted how much he missed you today!" Yujin said.

"My Heeseung can't live without me, can he?" I giggled into the phone.

"Of course not!" Yujin said, then suddenly I heard a thud.

"Damn it!" I screamed.

"What's wrong?" She asked me.

"I heard something strange. I'm checking it out." I told Yujin.

"Be careful. Don't trip." She replied as I got up off my bed and went downstairs to check on the power box. That's weird, there's no one else in the house and all the windows and doors are locked. I don't even have a pet or anything to explain the sound. What could be going on?

"That's odd." I spoke.

"What?" Yujin asked.

"No one is in the house, yet I heard thud somewhere." I spoke.

"Gaeul, I think you should leave." Yujin sounded scared.

"I'm fine girl, just need to check all the locks." I said and looked around. Suddenly, the kitchen door closed and locked. I tried opening it, but I couldn't.

"What's going on?!" I screamed as I grabbed my hair in frustration. I then heard a click in the line I was talking on.

"Hey Gaeul." A raspy voice said into the phone. I didn't tell who it belonged to.

"Who is this?" I asked.

"It's your old best friend ****. Missed me?" The voice said. Oh, of course I know who this is.

"Oh yeah, of course I remember you. What's up with your voice?" I asked.

"Nothing, just waiting for my friend to find you so she can kill you." The voice said. Then it disconnected. Another click.

"WHAT?!" I was now very scared. What did this person mean by kill me? But no, I'm not going to panic, and Yujin should not find out about this conversation.

"What happened? I'm coming to pick you up Gaeul." Yujin was back on line, she didn't know of the conversation, good it should stay that way.

"No don't; I'm fine-" I got cut off as suddenly someone pushed me. I screamed loudly.

"GAEUL!" I heard Yujin scream on the phone. Meanwhile I looked up to see someone with a ghost face mask.

"WHO ARE YOU?!" I tried to be brave.

"Let's play a game Gaeul. It's "Let's see how long you can survive before I kill you." Don't you want to try?" The voice said and I at once knew who it was. I grabbed my phone to try to tell Yujin to call the cops but was met with another familiar voice.

"Your friend is gone." And then my phone beeped to show me an image of Yujin, dead.

"NO!" I threw my phone aside and tried getting up, but the killer elbowed me and threw me down onto the floor again.

"Get off me!" I screamed as I got up and threw her hood and mask off.

"So, you got me." She smirked and threw herself at me. I moved out so she hit the sink. This caused her to bleed out from her forehead. She hissed in pain.

"Whoops." I spoke.

"Oh, this isn't over Gaeul!" She screamed and grabbed my arm and twisted it. I turned around and bit her arm so deeply, it started bleeding.

"Think you're so slick?" she asked and started pushing me back towards a wall. She pinned me against it. I slipped out from underneath. She grabbed me and bashed my head against one of the kitchen counters. This caused me to fall the floor and groan in pain. She sat on top and pushed my neck down with her knee.

"And now, I get what I want." She spoke and slit my throat. She kept stabbing me, almost 30-40 times, as I closed my eyes, never to open them ever again.

No one's POV

The cops came and investigated. There was no clue or hint.

"According to her phone, she was alone here. No trace of anybody. No one in the vicinity." One of the cops said.

"Apparently the same data came on Yujin's phone." The other cop said.

"This killer is like a ghost." The first officer groaned in frustration.

"We need to put a high alert in the area, this could mold into a serial killer situation. And from the looks of it, there are more than one." The second officer sighed.
