no matter what a piece of my heart will always belong to you
i'm truly and utterly in love with you
the way you softly look at me, admiring
how you always know the right things to say
and how you mean every single thing
well aware it might be too soon
i might end up hurt once again
but, i truly do love you
i can feel it with both my heart and soul
that you are the one I'd rather spend the rest of my eternity with
"i love you" are words that normally wouldn't roll of my tongue
but, when i say i love you it feels right
no matter what i'm always met with your warm embrace,
no matter when or where you are always there for me
this is true love,
something i thought could only be found in fairytales
even though im not supposed to
the only place i want to be is in your arms
i want to feel the warmth of your skin
how your heartbeat slowly syncs with mine
a perfect match made in heaven
with every goodbye i feel myself breaking
i hold in the tears and i let you go
for every second that passes when you aren't here
a part of me slowly breaks
i have yet to understand why you love me so dearly,
but all i can say is i love you too
and i always will
