Pt.47 panic attack

I hug her being careful not to mess up any of her Ivs

"Never ever fucking do that to me!" I sternly tell her almost crying

I step back and Benny says his hellos

"I'm fine guys don't worry!" Kacy shrugs off everything that happened like it was just a rainy day

"Kacy can you please not do that like acting like nothing happened liek you didn't just hurt yourself!" I try explaining nicely

"Oh y/n can you not argue just let me deal with this how I want!" Kacy rudely replies

"Yeah the hell i fucking will! You no offence are going to be sensitive about this because guess what Kacy you made me and Benny find you dead in your bathtub! I held your body in my arms as you bled! As you fucking bled!" I raised my voice a little I didn't want to be mean but I felt she couldn't make jokes about this yet

"I'm sooooo sorry!" She almost sounded sarcastic

Then I saw I heard it again, my screams then the images flooded my mind not draining

even after I tried countlessly trying to make the images leave my brain forever

I left Benny and Kacy

I told Benny not to follow

I could feel I was about to have an attack so i went to the girls bathroom

I sat down in the stall

I started to do the same technique I did with Benny just the day before

It didn't help, I could see my hands visibly shaking

my heart started racing my breaths soon became shaky and uneven

I couldn't stop I started uncontrollably crying

"Hello?" I hear from outside the stall

"H-h-h-hey" I struggled to speak

"Are you ok?" The girl sound sweet

"N-n-n-no" I said between sobs

"Okay uhm you don't really seem like you can talk uhhh tap the side twice if I can come into the stall" I do as she said

A few seconds later she's crawling under the door and was now in front of me

"U-u-u-uh-h-h c-c-c-could y-y-y-you g-g-g-g-get b-b-b-b-Benny?" I manage to say

"Is he your boyfriend?" I tapp the side twice as yes

"Ok uhm I'll be right back ok are you going to be ok for a few minutes?" I shrug

"Are you sure" I nod acting more believable

She swiftly slips under the door and disappears

A few minutes later I hear the bathroom door open

"Y/n?" Bennys familiar voice echos

"Benny?" He find the stall and crawls under the door

As soon as he sees me he pulls me into a hug as I cry

"Panic attack?" I nod faintly

still feeling everything my heart racing my uneven breaths my hands shaking

He knows that obviously my method didn't work

so instead he kneels and starts asking out of the blue questions to distract me

"What's my favourite color?"

"B-b-blue" he nods

"When's your birthday"

"July 4th"

"How old am I?"

"16"

"What's your middle name?"

"Jane"

I can hear and feel my breathes becoming even slowly Bennys made me feel safe

"How are you feeling mi amor?" Benny cups my face with his hands as he wipes a tear from my face

"Better" I hug him again

"Thanks Benny, no one really has ever helped me during those except for Kacy" I give him a weak smile as we both pull away

He returned the small gesture helping me stand up

We walk out of the stall and I check my face in the mirror it's obvious I was crying

Benny takes my hand and pulls me out of the bathroom

"Now what we're you two found in the bathroom together?" Bennys mom had a huge smirk on her face

"Nothing mama" Benny didn't want to tell her unless I was okay with it

"Katrina don't worry I was just having an attack, Benny was helping" I grip Bennys hand a little tighter

"Ok well let's get going we need to eat something and hospital food is disgusting" Katrina says leading us out of the hospital

We go to McDonald's and get some burgers fries drinks etc

As we are eating I remember that Katrina and Benny can't go back to their house

"Oh Katrina yeah uh Benny stayed over last night and you are welcome to stay in our basement suite for the next few days because your not allowed in your house" I take the last bite of my burger

"Oh yes thank you I'll check with your dad about that but either way I think I might stay at the hospital for the next few nights" I nod drinking my coke

We all finish our food and head back to the hospital for an update on Kacy

As I turn the corner I see balloons in kacys room in the corner

I was confused until I see the one person I wish I didn't

Brianne

Her and Kacy are laughing as Brianne is sitting on the edge of kacys hospital bed

"Hello you must be Brianne" Katrina says putting her hand out for her to shake

Brianne shook Katrina's hand

then as soon as she saw Benny she immediately engulfed him in a hug

"Oh my Benny are you okay I'm sure this must've been really hard for you I mean finding kacy like that! I just couldn't imagine" Benny looked very uncomfortable

He managed to push brianne off him and I didn't expect it out he put his arm around my waist on one side

so it almost looked like we were side hugging

"Well actually I didn't find her y/n did, I only saw her after I heard y/n scream" I look down my feet

I could feel brianne and Bennys stares burning into my skin

"Oh well still if you ever need a shoulder to cry on y-" I cut her off

"He has mine" I say sweetly smiling at Benny

Brianne just rolled her eyes and sat down on kacys bed

The way she sat made me anxious because she was close to some ivs and things

I felt like they would get pulled the wrong way

We all talk amongst ourselves for a while

I start feeling tired mentally

like I just couldn't be around katrina Kacy Brianna and Benny any longer

I decided to tell Benny and just walk home

"Hey Benny I'm just feeling like I can't socialize with these people anymore so I think I'm going to go home" I whisper in his ear

"Okay mi amor, do you want me to walk you home?" I shake my head no

I say my goodbyes and leave the hospital walking home
