I've been getting alot of advice and motivation so thankyou <3 i luv you all 


--------------------------------------- Eating habits -----------------

i'll talk about how i've been trying slightly to be more healthier, i think in a few weeks/days i might try to completely cut out cereal from my breakfasts and snacks and eat something that would give me more energy.

I'm also trying to drink milk more whether it be chocolate milk or just plain milk. :)

An apple isn't going to cut it for breakfast anymore. I've recently fainted and i suspect it might've been from the amount i was eating. 

I've also noticed how my appetite has decreased. incredibly. I'm eating less than when i started and yet i still feel full. However, i do tend to over-eat. I don't notice how full i am while im sitting, and only after i'm done eating do i feel the amount.

I think the workout that I ever genuinely stuck to was the Le Sserafim one, and since i failed to deliver results last time, i will attempt it once more :D for the month of May.

I'll also be doing dance workouts again. I think i've realised that normal workout videos don't keep me entertained TvT but we will work on that!

I want to change in all ways possible this time. Whether it be physically or mentally.
