Hey hey :) feeling more motivated than ever!

what i ate today:

breakfast: cereal

lunch: chicken curry rice + sm yoghurt

dinner: chicken curry 

snack: cereal + fruits

;-; I think i've ruined cereal for myself. I used to eat it every now and then for breakfast but now i eat it for breakfast mostly everyday and i've made myself see it as a comfort snack .

Because i've stopped buying candy and all that, i've been excessively eating cereal and im just now realising it. 

Now im also going to set some food rules for myself:

1. no eating cereal other than as a full meal

2. only buying 1 thing for myself at school during lunch

3. eat more light weight fruits like watermelon

4. only allowed ice-cream twice a week. 

(it sounds like a lot but i used to be a person who'd eat 1 to 2 icecreams a day)

obviously going to workout for the whole of May. Maybe a few extra days in June to make up for missed days.
