- Jake and Miriam usually knit sweaters in the winter
- They make holiday cookies every year, from their birthdays to New Years, to Valentine's Day to St. Patrick's Day, to the 4th Of July to Halloween, Thanksgiving to Christmas
- They go shopping for something to wear or for some groceries
