The dysphoria got worse today :(

I think it has to do with the new moon coming up.

I'm on the verge of a mental breakdown now.

I can't bear to look in the mirror now, for the only comfort I have is the phantom shifts tricking me into thinking I have phantom limbs, and seeing they aren't there will only drive me deeper into dysphoria.

I don't feel like writing anymore today...
