As fate would have it, I collided with someone and was about to take a major tumble. But behold! This mysterious person swiftly caught me by the waist, saving me from a hilarious fall. I looked up, fully expecting to see a familiar face, only to be met with the unexpected sight of... Jungwon? "Jungwon?" I asked, staring up at him in disbelief. "Y/n? Are you alright?" I quickly freed myself from his grasp and looked at him. "Yeah, I'm fine. What on earth are you doing here?" Jungwon smirked. "Just here to grab a bite to eat." Oh, how embarrassing. "Right," I replied, feeling a bit foolish. Jungwon then revealed, "Actually, I'm here to celebrate my birthday early." "Huh? I'm also here to celebrate my birthday!" I exclaimed, realizing what a crazy coincidence it was.

Jungwon's face was a perfect mix of surprise and confusion. "Are you here to celebrate your birthday too?" he blurted out. I could barely contain my shock, mirroring his expression. "Yes, I am!" I exclaimed. Curiosity sparkled in his eyes as he inquisitively asked, "When's your special day?" Meeting his gaze, I quipped with a mischievous smile, "Today? And what about you?" Jungwon smirked, adding an element of mystery, "Mine is in three weeks." I couldn't help but burst out, "Whoa, that's awesome! We close birthdays!" A wide grin appeared on his face, confirming our newfound birthday bond. "Yea," he replied, with a hint of excitement in his voice.

"Who is this Y/n?" My dad inquired, Right, I had completely forgot that my entire family was present. Feeling a bit embarrassed, I quickly responded, "Oh, he's just a friend from school." Little did I know what was about to unfold. My mom approached Jungwon and said, "Please take care of my Y/n, alright?" Oh, the embarrassment! But to my surprise, Jungwon seemed completely at ease and replied, "Of course, Ma'am." His response made my mom smile, and then she suggested, "How about you two hang out today to celebrate your birthdays?" Oh no, that was exactly what I was dreading! In my head, I silently prayed that Jungwon would come up with an excuse, but alas, he responded to my mom with, "Sure, that sounds nice." My mom then whisked my brother and dad away, leaving me alone with Jungwon.

Left to our own, Jungwon asked, "So, where would you like to go?" I hesitated for a moment and then suggested, "Um, how about a park or something?" Without missing a beat, he replied, "Alright, I know a park nearby. Let me just inform my parents." I followed him to the private rooms in the restaurant, where I saw a middle-aged couple enjoying their meal. Jungwon spoke up, saying, "I'm going to the park with my friend." The woman turned to me and asked, "Oh, who is this?" Jungwon glanced at me and then back at his mom, answering, "She's a friend from school." Strangely, that stung a little. The lady smiled warmly at me and said, "Hello, sweetie. What's your name?" Trying to maintain a sweet smile, I replied, "Hi, I'm Y/n." The lady's smile widened as she jokingly added, "Have fun, but no babies yet!" I was caught off guard and panicked, desperately trying to explain, "HUH no, um, we're just friends! It's not like that!" But the woman simply smiled at us and said, "Alright, I was just teasing. But do behave yourselves." She winked mischievously, leaving me flustered. Once we left the room, I glanced at Jungwon and noticed that he didn't look too well. Concerned, I asked, "Are you okay, Jungwon?" He sighed and replied, "Yeah, um about my mom...." I looked up at him and chuckled, "It's ok my mom would probably say the same thing." Jungwon's face was all red and I couldn't help but smile at his cuteness. "um let's go?" he asked. "yea" I said and we headed out.
