Belle's Pov

I heard rain pouring heavily and I hugged my pillow trying to go back to sleep but I wasn't able to.

I tried again but I still wasn't able to and slowly  opened my eyes

It was raining heavily , more like a storm.

I looked at Alessandro next to me to see him sleeping.

He needs it , he has not been able to for a while now.

I looked at the time to see it's just past 4 in the morning

It's so cold.

I covered Alessandro probably with the duvet and I got up

I went into the closet and took one of Alessandro's hoodie

I love his scent.

I took my phone and went downstairs , it was so dark , the lights were switched off

The only light was the lightning outside .

Ireland is really cold.

I went into the kitchen to take a glass of water and that's what I did

"What are you doing up " someone said and I jumped

I turned around to see dad on one of the stools "you scared me " I said touching my heart

"Can't sleep , wanted to drink water " I said taking a glass

"And you " I asked him sitting next to him , we've never really had a conversation.

Like heart to heart or alone. You know what I mean

"Just thinking about my little princess and praying that she is safe " he said taking a sip , he's drinking bourbon right now

"I pray so too , I miss her so much "

"Isa is so scared of lightning and thunder , I can imagine the look on her face right now and the way she will be hugging herself "

"She is a strong girl , she'll definitely protect herself and take care of herself "

He's referring to bob's daughter

"I hope she's safe too"

"I really never noticed that bastard, I never payed attention to him , that was my mistake "

"It's not your fault , he had all of us fooled "

"Everything is so fucked up "

"Tell me about it "  I said shaking my head

"I can't imagine what you're going through "he staring at me with his deep blue eyes

"Heartbroken " I said laughing

It hurts so much

"Bob was the best friend I never had , he was always there for me , he looked so innocent . He was so caring , sweet...kind.. I told him everything "I said staring at my glass

"You'll get another bodyguard eventually "

"Maybe Alessandro will not agree , after all that has happened "and he laughed

"The way that man loves you he'll not mind being your bodyguard " and it was my turn to laugh

He has a good sense of humor

He may seem tough and dangerous on the outside but he's a good man on the inside side

"He's too busy for that " I chuckled
