In a desolate, abandoned building, the darkness enveloped a small, dimly lit room. The air was thick with silence, broken only by the occasional creak of the old structure. In the center of the room, Vaidehi sat slumped in a chair, her pallid face bearing the marks of dried blood, a testament to the ordeal she had endured. Her limp form was bound tightly to the chair, her wrists and ankles secured with rough bindings. Despite the stillness that surrounded her, her unconscious state hinted at the turmoil within, her mind shrouded in darkness as she remained unaware of her surroundings.
A voice from outside the room could be heard engaged in a phone call.
Henchman: "Sir, we have kidnapped her as per your orders."
Ritesh: "Good. Remember, nothing should happen to her until I free my daughter. Later, I'll kill her myself."
Henchman: "Sir, actually everything went according to plan. We threatened the nurse about her child, and she gave her fake information about a heart attack. This girl came out of the house, but in the process, she met with an accident."
Ritesh: "What?? How did this happen?"
Henchman: "According to the plan, we drove our car suddenly in front of her, but instead of applying brakes, this girl turned the steering wheel, and her car hit a tree."
Ritesh: "How is she now? Remember, she should not die before I get there."
Henchman: "Nothing major, Sir. Just a bruised head with a little bleeding."
Ritesh: "I'll be there by tomorrow morning."
Henchman: "Sir, should we call her husband and threaten him?"
Ritesh: "No, let them suffer. Let them feel the pain of being away from their loved ones. I'll come tomorrow and let you know. Until then, let her remain unconscious."
Henchman: "Okay, Sir."
The henchman securely locked the door of the room where Vaidehi was restrained, ensuring that she remained confined. He then motioned to some of his other goons, instructing them to keep watch over her, stationed in the corner of the room to prevent any attempts at escape.
As darkness descended upon the city, signaling the arrival of night, the hours since Vaidehi's disappearance stretched into an agonizing eternity for Viyansh. Desperation gnawed at him, fueling his frantic search for his missing wife. With each passing moment, his anxiety mounted, driving him to the brink of madness.
Eklavya, ever resourceful, took charge of the situation, tracking Vaidehi's phone to the location of the accident. With grim determination, they combed through the nearby areas, scouring every alley and abandoned building in search of any sign of her presence.
Meanwhile, Eklavya mobilized his team, ordering them to retrieve the CCTV footage from the accident site and its vicinity. Every available resource was deployed in the effort to locate Vaidehi, their collective resolve unwavering in the face of uncertainty.
Tapping into Vaidehi's and Harshvardhan's Nurse phone records revealed a sinister plot orchestrated by the kidnappers. They had coerced the nurse caring for Harshvardhan into divulging information about his health, using it as leverage to lure Vaidehi out of the safety of her home. Despite their efforts to track Ritesh's phone, they hit a dead end when it was abruptly switched off after the call with his henchmen. However, there was a silver lining in their investigation: Ritesh remained unaware of Eklavya's renewed inquiry into Vaidehi's kidnapping and accident from 14 years ago. This lack of awareness on Ritesh's part provided a strategic advantage to Eklavya and his team. With their investigation conducted discreetly, they were able to operate under the radar, moving swiftly and methodically in their pursuit of the truth and the rescue of Vaidehi.
