"y'all really leaving? y'all can't stay until new years?" lynn said. we came by her house before we got on the road.
"we didn't bring enough clothes. i wish i could stay but the boys ain't gone want to" ray said. i wouldn't mind staying longer. especially if i get to see lynn more.
"ok well it was nice seeing y'all again. y'all welcome to come up here anytime y'all want" lynn said. i could tell she wanted to cry. not gone lie i was gone miss lynn.
"don't cry lynn because then ima have to deal with ray" rell said making me look at ray.
"looks like you gotta deal with her now" i said ss ray was crying. ray and lynn hugged each other and just cried.
"i'm only 3 hours away. you always welcome to come" lynn told her. after about five minutes they finally stopped crying. we all hugged each other and lynn kept staring at me.
"y'all ready?" rell asked and we nodded. we was leaving out the door until lynn stopped me.
"wait jah" she said. i turned around and stared at her.
"ima miss you" she said. i smiled a little and nodded.
"ima miss you too" i said. she hugged me one more time before i walked off her porch and got in the car. she watched us as we drove off.
