Chapter Seven

I gulped before I entered the school library. It was empty not even the librarian was here. I looked around before I readjusted my book bag.

"Hello, I see you got my note."

I looked up and locked eyes with Hwang In-Yeop. How did he find out? I barely talked to him.

"How did you find out?" I asked.

"It wasn't that hard, I observe a lot." He chuckled.

"Look I can explain-"

"A siren." He said smiling.

I looked at him confused.

"A what?" I asked.

"You're a siren, the blue eyes gave it away and the astonishing beauty." He smiled.

"Uh yeah, my mom was a siren." I mumbled.

"Was? Is she gone?" He asked coming closer to me.

"Yeah, when we were trying to get across the border." I said.

"I'm sorry to hear that...what's up with your brother?" He asked.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Why did he act like that when he seen you with us?" He asked.

"He's just over protective, we've been through a lot." I said.

"I'm sorry about that, I wasn't there but I saw the news." He said.

I locked eyes with him and nodded.

"What about you?" I asked.

"What about me?" He asked.

"When you first transformed was it painful?" I asked.

"Yeah, bones cracking every where." He chuckled.

I winced at the thought and shook my head.

"So what's your wolf name?" I asked sitting up.

"Ash." He said.

"Hopefully I get to see him." I said.

He raised a brow.

"It's lunch time, come on I can show you." He said standing.

"Wait I was just kidding." I said.

"Nope no take backs." He said grabbing my hand.

I nervously bit my lip as I followed him out the back exit of the school. We walked until we got into the woods.

"Now, don't be scared and please put my clothes in your book bag." He chuckled removing his shirt.

My eyes went straight to his body, lord have mercy. I quickly turned as he reached for his belt buckle. The sound of his bones cracking made my skin crawl.
