jude told amelia to meet him at the same restaurant they went to on their first date, or whatever it was.
amelia didn't know what he was planning, she just wanted to hear him out and leave as soon as possible, she did not want to face him at all.
entering the restaurant, amelia looked around before spotting jude waving at her, giving her a small smile as she began walking towards him.
his smile quickly turned into a frown seeing amelia's unbothered face. she pulled the chair aggressively, sitting down. it was clear she did not wanna be here.
"hi amelia." jude smiled. amelia did not say anything. with her arms over her chest she just stared at him. jude felt the uncomfortable tension between them but didn't want to make it worse by saying something.
"look jude, i want you to be short and clear about what you're gonna say, because i do not want to be here any longer and i have better shit to do." amelia finally broke the silence.
jude sighed, looking down then facing amelia. "look, amelia i'm really sorry about everything." amelia scoffed hearing the man's words. "is this what you called me for? do you think a simple sorry will fix everything?"
jude opened his mouth to say something before amelia cut him off. "even if i give you a chance, how do i know it won't happen again. do you know how hurt i felt after that night? i thought we had something, jude. but i was wrong, all of you are the same! it's my fault i put all of my trust in you." she raised her voice, starting to get stares from the people around them.
"amelia calm down, please i can explain!" jude exclaimed putting his hand over hers. "explain what? that you're a fucking cheater? and don't touch me!" amelia said slapping his hand away, slamming her hands on the table as she stood up ready to leave.
"amelia please!" jude yelled again, following her out of the restaurant. "i don't wanna talk to you jude." amelia simply said, not turning to him.
"i really like you amelia, please! just give me one chance. i swear i'll change for you!" he yelled, breathless.
"don't say things you don't mean, jude. everything is over between us." she said turning to him before heading inside her car.
she was devastated, she didn't want to admit it but, she still loved him, a lot. but amelia doesn't forgive people that easily , she cant let him treat her like that.
driving home, she dialed alejandro's number. "ale, i can't do this anymore."
