<Later>
Some time after failing to stop the lizard the first time, Alex was seen sitting on the edge of a building, on the phone with Kaine.
Kaine (Phone): .....Alex, take a break.
Alex: Can't. Not until Kiroshi gets this suit back on you.
Alex heard Kaine sigh through the phone.
Kaine (Phone): *Sigh* Alex, remember when I told you about my Healing Factor?
Alex: Yeah? Shouldn't that be helping?
Kaine (Phone): Normally yes, but whatever happened when Kraven and when I got the suit, my healing factor got messed up and it's...it's what's killing me.
Alex pulled the phone away as his eyes widened. Kaine's own power was killing him. Alex shook his head as he placed the phone to his ear again.
Alex: All the more to get this suit back to you. Without it, you'll die and I am NOT loosing another friend.
Kaine (Phone): .....there's no changing your mind, is there?......eugh, fine. Go get Kiroshi and finish this. You're missing a lot of school, that's important too, Alex.
Alex: I know, I'll make up everything when I'm done. Right now, you're my top priority.
Alex's phone beeped, signaling that Kiroshi's tracker went off.
Alex: Got a ping on Kiroshi's location. I'll cure him and get him to get this suit off.
Kaine was about to say something else but Alex hung up as he began to swing off into the distant city.

As Alex swung through the city, following the tracker that ultimately led him to a random alleyway.
Alex walked around the alleyway, looking around for any signs of Kiroshi. Alex stopped and pulled out his phone, looking at the blinking red dot on the map.
Alex peaked down and saw a manhole cover that was loose as he tapped it with his foot.
Alex's Mind: He's not in the alley, he's under it. He's in the Sewer Systems.
Alex shot a web at the manhole cover and lifted it up and as he jumped in, pulled it down, covering the hole as before.
Now standing in the sewers, Alex glanced around looking once more for any signs of Kiroshi.
His brief examine stopped when he spotted broken pipes and claw marks heading down a tunnel.
Alex's Mind: Hang in there, Doc, I'm coming.
Alex swung up onto the wall and began to crawl along said wall as he followed the broken pipes and claw marks deeper into the sewer.

Standing in the common area of the dorm rooms was all of Class 1A, all except for Alex, who was lizard wrangling.
