Trial- Ayanokoji POV

I was sitting down next to Horikita as the trial was about to commence.

"I am Tachinbana Akane. Current Secretary To Horikita Manabu. We will now hold the trial regarding the dispute between Class C and Class D that occurred last Tuesday."

Several people were attending being me, Horikita, Sudo, Ishizaki, Two Class C Students, The Class C and D Homeroom Teachers, Tachibana-Senpai and President Horikita.

"To think the esteemed Best Student From Our School. The Student Council President Horikita Manabu would attend this trial."

"While I am unable to attend all trials like this due to my schedule I still make an effort to attend when possible."

"So it's only a coincidence."

I looked over to Horikita who was looking down unable to meet his eyes.

'Hm. It seems that she didn't expect President Horikita to be here.'

"Based on the injuries of both parties we are going to continue this under the following assumptions. Since Sudo is uninjured we'll run with the suspicion that he is the violent party."

"What!? But they called me up there!"

Sudo said this standing up.

"Be silent. You will have your chance to talk."

Sudo sat back down annoyed. I turned to Horikita.

"Hey, Horikita. If you don't say something..."

She wasn't listening to me.

'It's likely she's ashamed that our class might lose our points and drop down to 0 again. The thought of her brother knowing that is causing this.'

I stood up and grabbed her waist with my hand tickling her.

"Ayano... what the.... Hey, stop that."

'When someone is spacing out a strong physical stimulus can snap them back to reality.'

She began leaning against the desk to try to escape as the position we were in was a bit scandalous, to say the least. I noticed an irritated look on President Horikita's face.

"If you don't fight up we'll lose."

I let go of her and sat back down. She glared at me fixing her skirt.

"You'll pay for this Ayanokoji."

She turned her attention to President Horikita.

"If it would not be a problem I'd like to question the witnesses."

Tachibana looked to President Horikita.

"President?"

"I'll allow it."

"What exactly were the circumstances for you calling Sudo-Kun?"

"After practice, he said he wanted to talk to me."

"Then why was Ishizaki-Kun there? He's not in the basketball club like you and Sudo. There was no reason for him to be there?"

"I wanted insurance."

"Insurance?"

"Sudo is a violent guy so I wanted Ishizaki to protect me."

"You thought he might attack you then?"
