Ch 11, S 1.

One day later, Rimuru's little group finally arrived at the outskirts of Dwargon.

"Wow..." Rimuru exclaimed as it looked at the humongous rock in the distance. "So they live in caves as well?!"

"More like they caved in the inside of the mountain but if you want to call it a big cave you can, Rimuru-sama." Rigurd pat Rimuru gently before he suddenly stopped. "Wait, I just thought about something. I don't think Ranga will be allowed in Dwargon."

"What? Why?" Rimuru asked, very displeased by Rigurd's warning.

"W-well, because the Direwolves were known to be a very dangerous monster they might not even let us in." Rigurd explained, making Rimuru sighed in annoyance. "That's not cool..."

"Wait Master! I have an idea that will please you!" Ranga said. "Get off me and I will show you what I learned while you were recovering!"

"Ok?" Rimuru jumped off Ranga and waited for him to do his thing. What did Ranga have in mind?

Ranga grinned before he jumped inside Rimuru's shadow.

"What??" Rimuru exclaimed in disbelief as it looked at its shadow. "How did you-" 'I used [Shadow Motion], Master!'

". . .wait, that wasn't my own thoughts... Ranga?! How are you speaking to me?? I don't see you!" Rimuru looked around in total confusion.

'O-oh!' Rimuru said 'I didn't know you could do that! Wait, can I do that?'

"Rimuru-sama. Where did Ranga...go?" Rigurd asked Rimuru, feeling left out and confused to see Rimuru talking to itself.

"Ranga used [Shadow Motion] to hide in my shadow." Rimuru explained, making Rigurd do a 'Ooh.' with his mouth. "Interesting skill. Very well, I guess now that the problem is fixed we are good to go."

Rimuru nodded and both went towards the big crowd of people standing in line behind each other.

However as Rimuru was about to pass, Rigurd stopped Rimuru in its track. "Rimuru-sama, wait. We have to stay in the line."

"Huh?" Rimuru looked back at Rigurd. "Why? Can't we simply enter?"

"No Rimuru-sama, we have to pass by the check-up first." Rigurd explained and gestured towards two people standing by the big door. "And for that we have to wait our turn. It's one of their coutumes and we have to obey it."

"Ugh, fine." Rimuru sighed and followed Rigurd to the end of the line.

There started a painful wait as each person in front of them slowly advanced towards the door. Rimuru looked at where they were and it saw that they were still pretty far behind. Rimuru started to get seriously bored. Rimuru never had to wait and it didn't like it.

Thankfully, two loud voices behind them broke Rimuru's boredom.

"Hey look what I have in front of me! Monsters!"

"We are still far from the guards which means we can kill them without consequences."

Rimuru and Rigurd turned around to find themselves confronted by two humans if Rimuru recalled correctly.

"Hey you, big guy. Give me your stuff and maybe we'll spare you. Hehe." The blond human pointed its hand towards Rigurd while the second looked at them with its arms crossed.

Rimuru heard Ranga growl in its mind. 'Master, should I deal with these insolent humans?'

Rimuru was about to respond but Rigurd spoke first, addressing the humans in a surprisingly calm manner. "Now now, I am sorry but I cannot give you my clothes. Please leave peacefully or I will be forced to incapacitate the both of you."
