Ch 12, S 1.

"I informed the King concerning your request." Kaido came back a few hours later with what Rimuru would assume was 'clothes' hanging off of his shoulders. "As expected, the King was first skeptical of such a request from a non-recognised village. Fortunately for you however he rapidly changed his mind when I showed him your potion, Rimuru-san. He has accepted to receive you two in his castle for an audience and he has offered you clothes, Hobgoblin chief."

Kaido passed the clothes to Rigurd who nodded and went to an empty room to change out of his rudimentary attire while Kaido turned to Rimuru, intending on passing the time with a lighthearted discussion. "Rimuru-san was it? You're a curious little fellow, you know? How come you can make potions as effective as this? Brushing the part where you can literally talk?"

Rimuru laughed lightly. "Well I don't really know myself, I was just born this way."

"Fair response." Kaido shrugged. "What about the potion though?"

"I dunno. I just used some plants that I ate in my birth cave. It was a complicated name I think."

{Answer : Hypokute Herb.}

"Yeah that one."

"...what?" Kaido asked.

"Nevermind." Rimuru waved off as Rigurd came back with some brand new clothes, he had what Kaido would describe as an elegant suit suited for the high hierarchy, which made sense since Rigurd was the leader of the Hobgoblin Village.

"Do you like your clothes, Rigurd-san?" Kaido asked and Rigurd nodded with a pleased expression while looking at himself. "I do, it's gonna be weird at first to be fully clothed like this but I'm sure I'm gonna get used to it."

"Very well, the others are waiting outside and ready to go. Follow me."

"The King will arrive shortly. Bow with your head down, beside Rimuru obviously, and speak only when addressed. Don't ask why it's just our rules." Kaido instructed them before walking away to stand just beside the throne where this 'King Gazel' would sit.

Soon enough, Rimuru heard what it would consider some big intimidating footsteps which its owner revealed themselves as an imposing Dwarf clad in armor walking towards his throne before sitting on it.

{Warning : The individual Gazel has way more magicules than the User.}

'W-what? Really?' Rimuru sweatdropped internally.

Gazel turned his gaze directly at Rimuru for a few seconds before turning it towards Rigurd. "Welcome to Dwargon, Hobgoblin chief. You can raise your head, you're also a chief after all."

Rigurd nodded and raised his head while King Gazel continued to speak. "Rigurd-dono. You are here today because your village needs help with house construction and clothing. Is that your request?"

"Yes, King Gazel." Rigurd nodded.

Gazel nodded and continued his speech. "Very well. As you already know from Kaido, I was at first skeptical of such a request. However the potion which Kaido showed me subverted my expectations. Rimuru-dono, you are the one who produced this potion if I'm correct?" King Gazel's gaze turned back towards Rimuru, who nodded in return. "I did."

"Then I have a deal, Rigurd-dono." King Gazel eyes shifted back at Rigurd. "In exchange for a pact of non-aggression, recognition, support of military might and clothes or handwork from Dwargon, the village- wait do you have a name from your village?"
