Jake couldn't stop thinking about the angel, Johnnie. For days on end, he just couldn't get over the fact that Johnnie is gone.

He is currently at home, drinking his feelings. Tears rolling down his face as he is getting himself drunk.

Jake sat in his room, feeling a mix of sadness and anger. He missed Johnnie so much, and the pain of losing him was almost unbearable.

He looked at the empty bottles of alcohol on the floor and felt a pang of guilt. He knew he was spiraling, but he couldn't help it. The pain was too much to bear alone.

He took another sip of the drink, his thoughts consumed by memories of Johnnie. The sound of his laughter, the way his eyes sparkled when he smiled. Jake couldn't believe he was gone.

"Fuck, i need to go on a drive." Jake slurred as he stumbled up. He was drunk and in no way of a condition to drive. But he didn't care.

Jake stumbled out of his house, barely able to walk straight. He made his way to his car, fumbling with the keys before finally getting in. He sat there for a moment, trying to gather his thoughts. But the alcohol had clouded his judgment, and he was making a huge mistake.

He turned the car on, and the car roared to life. Jake put it in gear and started driving, swerving all over the road as he headed to who knows where.

As Jake drives, he is crying. Swerving more as he screamed out in a depressing pain.

Jake's screams echoed through the car as he continued to drive recklessly. Tears streamed down his face, and he could barely see through them. The alcohol was making everything worse, and he knew deep down that he was putting himself and others in danger.

He took a sharp turn, almost crashing into a street lamp. The car skidded to a halt, and Jake sat there, panting heavily. He looked around, realizing where he was.

Jake cried out, "I have to die.." As he lifted his head, setting his hands back on the wheel. "I need to see Johnnie..."

Jake's words hung heavy in the air as he gripped the steering wheel tightly. He was so consumed by his grief and pain that he was willing to do anything to see Johnnie again, even if it meant risking his own life.

He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. But the alcohol and the emotions swirling inside him made it impossible. He couldn't think straight.

Jake accelerated, the car flying down the road at an alarming speed. The wind whipped through his hair as he drove recklessly, not caring about the consequences. He was so focused on his own pain that he forgot about everything else.

He could feel his heart pounding in his chest, adrenaline coursing through his veins. He didn't know where he was going or what he was doing, but he knew he had to keep going.

Jake's car flew off the road, crashing into a tree with a sickening thud. The impact was so strong that the airbags deployed, but it was too late. Jake's body was thrown around the car, and he could feel the pain radiating through every part of him.

He tried to scream, but the pain was too much. Blood trickled down his face from a deep gash on his forehead. His limbs were twisted at unnatural angles, and he knew that he was badly injured.

He could feel himself fading away, the world around him growing darker and darker. And as he lay there, broken and bleeding, he couldn't help but think of Johnnie. He wondered if this was the end, if he would finally be reunited with the angel.

Jake woke up in a place.. it was bright. He looked at his body, no injuries, nothing. "Johnnie..?!" he cried out.

Jake's eyes widened as he looked down at his body. There were no injuries, no blood, nothing. He was completely healed, as if the accident had never happened.

He looked around, trying to make sense of his surroundings. The brightness was overwhelming, and he had to shield his eyes with his hand. Then, he heard a familiar voice.

"Jake?"

Jake stood up. He saw the angel in front of him. He teared up. "Johnnie!!" He screamed as he ran over.

Johnnie stood there, a gentle smile on his face. He opened his arms, welcoming Jake into a warm embrace."Jake," he said softly."I've missed you so much."

Jake felt the dark wings wrap around him. He cried into Johnnie's chest, "I couldn't bare waiting to see you again.. i just.. I'm dead.." He realized.

Johnnie held Jake tightly, stroking his hair gently."Shh, it's okay," he whispered."You're not alone anymore. I'm here, and I'm not going anywhere."

He pulled back slightly, looking at Jake with a mixture of sadness and understanding in his eyes."I know it's hard, but this is where you belong now. With me."

"why am i not an angel but you are?" Jake asked, noticing he doesn't have wings.

Johnnie smiled softly, his wings rustling behind him."You're not an angel because you haven't earned it yet," he explained."But sometimes you just don't become one, we have souls just like you"

He paused, his expression turning serious.
"But I have to ask, why did you try to take your own life, Jake? You know how much it would have hurt me to see you do that."

Jake sighed, he hugged Johnnie close. "Because i wanted to be with you, i didn't want to wait until my time. i wanted to see you now. But i don't remember how i died."

Johnnie held Jake tightly, feeling the pain and longing in his voice."I understand, Jake. I know how much you missed me. But you have to understand that there are consequences to your actions. You didn't have to take your own life to be with me. We would have found each other eventually, no matter what."

He paused, his expression softening.
"As for how you died, Jake... you were in a car accident. You were driving recklessly and crashed into a tree."

Jake looked up at the angel, "Please don't be mad at me.."

Johnnie's expression turned gentle, and he cupped Jake's face in his hands."I'm not mad at you, Jake. I could never be mad at you. I'm just sad that you felt like you had to resort to such extreme measures to be with me."

He looked into Jake's eyes, his voice filled with love and concern."I just want you to be safe and happy, no matter what happens."

"Well im happy now," Jake bittersweetly said. "I'm dead and with the angel that i love so much."

Johnnie smiled, his heart warming at Jake's words."I'm happy too, Jake. I've missed you so much, and now that you're here, I never want to let you go."

He wrapped his arms around Jake, holding him close"We have all the time in the world now, and plan on making the most of it. We can be together forever, just like we always wanted."

Johnnie looked at Jake with a mix of love and determination in his eyes.

"We may not be alive anymore, but we have each other now. And that's all that matters. We can explore this new world together, without the pain and suffering of the living world."

He paused, taking a deep breath.

"I love you, Jake. And I promise to always be by your side, no matter what."

"I love you too, Johnnie." Jake replied, smiling with tears in his eyes.
