The night was filled with glitz, glamour, and endless flashes from cameras as Amrutha stood on stage, accepting her first major award. She had worked hard to reach this point, and now, with the shining trophy in her hands, her heart was filled with joy.

But more than the award, more than the applause from the crowd, what truly made her happiest was the thought of sharing this moment with the two people who mattered most-her parents.

After the ceremony, she returned home, her cheeks still flushed with excitement, and the proud smile never leaving her face. The familiar warmth of her home greeted her as she walked through the door.

The soft glow of fairy lights cast a warm ambiance in Amrutha's home, creating a cozy yet festive atmosphere.

She sat at the dining table, surrounded by her parents, Bhavani and Jayesh Chitnis. The room was filled with the sound of laughter and the clink of glasses as they toasted to her success.

"To our shining star!" Bhavani beamed, holding up her glass of orange juice. "This is just the beginning, Amu. I always knew you'd make it, and look at you now - Best Actress at the Filmfare Awards!"

Amrutha couldn't help but smile as she glanced at the glittering award that stood proudly on the shelf behind them. It was her dream come true, and having her parents by her side made it even more special.

"Thank you, Aai, Baba," she said, her voice thick with emotion. "I couldn't have done it without your support."

"We're proud of you, beta," Jayesh added, his deep voice filled with warmth. He reached out and squeezed her hand, his eyes twinkling with pride. "This is just the start of your journey. You've worked so hard, and now the world is seeing what you're truly capable of."

Bhavani leaned over and kissed the top of Amrutha's head, her eyes blurred with unshed tears. "You've made us so proud, Amu."

They continued their small celebration, eating the homemade dinner that Bhavani had lovingly prepared for the occasion. It was simple yet comforting, just like their family.

For a moment, Amrutha allowed herself to forget about the pressures of the industry, the competition, and the constant scrutiny. She was just a daughter, enjoying a meal with her parents.

But as the night comes in, the atmosphere in the room shifted slightly.

Bhavani and Jayesh exchanged glances, subtle but noticeable. Amrutha, still enjoying her post-award glow, didn't notice the tension between them.

After dinner, as Amrutha went upstairs to sleep, the tension between her parents finally boiled over.

"I think it's time we tell her," Jayesh said, his voice low but firm.

Bhavani stiffened, her back to him as she washed the dishes. "Tell her what?"

"You know exactly what I'm talking about, Bhavani. We can't keep this from her forever. She deserves to know."

Bhavani turned to face him, her expression weary. "Jayesh, not tonight. Let her have this moment. She's worked so hard, and this is her time to shine. Why would you want to take that away from her?"

"I don't want to take anything away from her," Jayesh replied, his voice laced with frustration. "But she's an adult now, Bhavani. She has the right to know about our separation. It's not fair to keep her in the dark."

Bhavani's eyes flashed with pain, but she held her ground. "I'll tell her when the time is right. But not now. Not when she's just won the biggest award of her life."

Jayesh sighed, running a hand through his graying hair. "And when will that be? When she's in the middle of shooting her next film? When she's on top of the world and you shatter everything with this news? There will never be a perfect time."
