Ch. 23: 7 more to go.....

Umbreon walked into the room where all the students were.

"Hey! Umbreon! Good job winning man!", said Jolteon as Umbreon walked over to them.

"Yeah.......gosh that was actually crazy.", said Umbreon.

"Are you alright man? It looked like you got slammed pretty hard.", said Vaporeon.

"I'm fine. Duosion was a pretty good fighter, I'll give him that.", said Umbreon.

"My question is...what was that blue lightning bolt thing you were doing?", said Jolteon.

"I don't know. It felt like I was experiencing so much energy at the same time. It almost.....didn't feel real, but when that happened, I knew I had to keep on fighting.", said Umbreon.

"Do you think that was your super form?", Sylveon asked.

"Most likely. Yeah.", said Umbreon.

"OMG, so cool!!!!!!", Sylveon exclaimed.

"I know right?", said Umbreon.

"So....who's up next?", said Leafeon.

"Our next matchup.......its Leafeon vs Druddigan!!!!!", said Machamp, causing the crowd to cheer again.

Leafeon's eyes widened as she slowly turned her head towards Machamp through the window.

"Oh Arceus..........", Leafeon whimpered.

"Don't worry Leafy! I'm sure you'll do great!", said Sylveon.

"Yeah Leafeon! Do your best! Show Druddigan who's boss!", said Vaporeon.

"You- you guys really mean it?", said Leafeon.

"Yeah! You're a really good fighter! Use that to your advantage! You got this Leafeon! Just do your best.", said Vaporeon.

"Thanks. Thanks Vapy.", said Leafeon, smiling.

"The battle between Leafeon and Druddigan will start when I call it and will end when one of these two is knocked out or fainted.", said Emboar.

"Oh jeez......", Leafeon muttered.

"Oh, this is gonna be fun.", said Druddigan, cracking his knuckles.

"3......2......1....GO!!!", Emboar exclaimed.

Within that moment, Druddigan flew towards Leafeon before she could even process it. Once he was about 5 feet in front of her, she used vine whip, catching both of his wings.

"Oh, shoot! Looks like Leafeon's got a tight grip on Druddigan!", said Blaziken through the speakers.

Druddigan struggled for a bit before firing a flamethrower at Leafeon, landing a critical hit.

"Oh no!", Vaporeon cried out.

"Damn, that's not good....", said Umbreon.

Leafeon's vines retracted and she stumbled back in response to the pain.

Oh! Druddigan lands a critical hit!", said Infernape.

Leafeon stumbled and struggled to maintain balance as Druddigan began to power up his next attack. Before he could fire, however, Leafeon used leaf storm, hitting Druddigan.
