Siyaanshi and Maya look worriedly at Devasena who after days has come out of her chamber. Looking over the garden.
It's a good sign. Upon Devasena's request, they didn't disclose her pregnancy to anyone. But Siyaanshi has wrote to Satanika that Devasena is sick and very distressed over him.
Satanika as usual has send letters to her. But seems like the letters from the last couple of days has made Devasena angrier.
Shivaya, as instructed has become Devasena's shadow to take care of her. After Nandini left, Devasena is all her's to care.
"Is she feeling too sick?" Siyaanshi whispers to Shivaya.
Shivaya purses her lips to stop giggling, "No, Jiji. She is angry. Furious actually."
"For what?" Maya asks worried.
"Bhrata's effects. Jiji's emotions are all over the place," Shivaya whispers back.
"Devasena," Siyaanshi calls.
Devasena turns around, "Jiji..."
"What happened, dear? Why are you angry?" Maya asks.
Devasena's chest rises in anger, "Because I am so unfortunate. I should have married Kosalyaraj than him. What possessed me that time?"
Siyaanshi jokes, "Maybe you were too enormed by my brother that time. He is away for a small time. Are you already over him?"
"I ought to be over him," Devasena huffs.
Siyaanshi, Maya, Shivaya look at each other with suppressed smiles.
"What did my brother do?" Maya asks.
Devasena gives them a few letters.
Priya,
I got news you have talked with some birds today. Two were male.
Why Priya? Am I not enough? My love didn't make you fall for me a bit?
I am a gracious man. I will forgive your affair for embracing those birds to your chest.
Reserve that place for me. I need to rest there after the war ends.
