Chapter 236 : Karna's Widow

"Where's Jyesht?"

Bheema asks sitting down.

Arjuna, Nakula and Sahadeva are present in the room behind the court. Yudhisthira still has some things left to deal with.

"If Yuvraj is here," Nakula sings, "Samrat will be too."

Bheema washes his hands and face. 

"Yuvraj, Samragni has send you some snacks," a maid appears with a platter of dry foods.

"Where's she?" Bheema asks looking at the food.

"Samragni has retired for the night. Rajkumar Vrishaketu is sensitive due to his sore throat,"

Nakula Sahadeva takes a huge interest on the food. Some laddos, some fruits, refreshing mint, lemon juice and some nuts.

"It's a men's night," Arjuna comments happily, "Bhrata, are you going to drink refreshments juice or wine?"

"Both," Bheema sips the drink, "Panchali made it. I cannot return these."

Nakula teases, "Bhrata, whatever Panchali sends you, must you accept?"

Bheema scoffs, "Whatever she send. May it sweet may it bitter. It's mine."

Arjuna funds himself smiling fondly so does Nakula and Sahadeva.

"Besides," Bheema smirks, "Panchali doesn't know about the arrangement of wine."

"Yuvraj,"

Priyamvada enters then paying her respect.

"Samragni asked you to not drink much. Your body isn't good with wine anymore,"

Bheema's face falls. Nakula Sahadeva and Arjuna bursts in laughter.

"Panchali doesn't know, Bhrata?" Sahadeva scoffs.

"Which one or two or three of you snitched?" Bheema turns to the three.

"Bhrata Bheema," Arjuna jokes, "If Panchali asks you anything, you don't lie to her. We are afraid of you snitching to her all the time! Don't put blame on us."

"I didn't this time so must be..."

"Pitashree...." Satanika sings and dances  while coming inside.

Happily Satanika, Shrutakarma and Shrutasena have the wine bottles.

"It's Devasena who will give birth, why can't I drink?" Satanika embraces the bottle, "Unfair for such delicacy."

"We aren't allowed to enter Maa's chamber reeking of these," Shrutakarma states placing them down.

"Maa threw her sandals on me one time," Sutasoma shudders recalling.

"We aren't also allowed to be drunk," Prativindhya reminds his brother, "Satanika, you barely hold one glass. Don't challenge it."

Bheema sighs, "As if she is everywhere!"

"Getting tired, Bhrata Bheema?" Arjuna smirks, "Want me to see any available princess in Aryavarta for you?"

"Why don't you take a vacation in Manipura?" Bheema shots back.

"What are you all arguing about?" Yudhisthira enters then.

"Just co wives getting at each other's face. Jealousy sure runs...."

Satanika is hit square on the forehead by Bheema who throws an apple.

"So this is where Bhrata Soma gets his archery talent from!" Shrutakarma comments amused at Bheema's target.
