Chapter Fourteen - Elizabeth's Party

I know it's been FOREVER. I did write chapter 14 a long time ago it's just that I forgot to save so it erased :/ but I've been getting some new followers and comments on here so I decided to make a chapter a little long than I usually do to make up for the absence. Hope you like this chapter!(:

Chapter Fourteen:

The moment I step out of the cafeteria line, I'm grabbed by my wrist. Lulu pulls me over to her table. I want to ask her so many questions. All about Jeydon and Elizabeth.

"How long have they been dating?"

She smirks. "He's your brother, why don't you go ask him?"

I roll my eyes. "Lulu.."

"Alright,allright. They went out for a while. They were sure to win prom king and queen until they broke up." She sips some of her ice tea and her eyes widen. "You like Jeydon, don't you?!"

"No I don't!" I say it so quick it's like a reflex. "And don't be so loud!"

She raises an eyebrow. "Why so defensive?"

I turn around to check if Jeydon's watching. Max and him are sitting at a table catching grapes in their mouths. I hold back a giggle. I turn back to Lulu with a sigh. "Ok maybe I do. But I swear if you tell anyone ill kick your ass."

"Slut at two o' clock." She mumbles. I turn to see Elizabeth standing over Jeydon's table. She's touching his arm and trying to look all cute. I can tell Jeydon feels uncomfortable. She waves walking off. She catches my stare and our eyes lock for a split second before I look away, embarrassed.

"Aw shit she's coming over." I hear Lulu's voice.

And the next thing I know she's standing over me. "Hey Abby!" she says all cheerfully as if we're best friends.

"Um, hi, Elizabeth,"

She takes a seat next to me. "So, I'm having a party tonight and I was hoping you could make it? Oh, and feel free to bring Jeydon." She takes a glance at Lulu. "You can bring your reject friend too if you'd like."

"Wanna say that again, bitch?" Lulu says getting out of her seat.

Elizabeth laughs, shaking her head. "I don't even need to waste my time talking to people like partyyou." She turns back to me with this fake smile. "So, I'll see you and Jeydon there, Abby!" She starts to walk away but stops and turns around. "By the way, you can call me Liz!"

"We're going to her party." Lulu says once Liz is out of sight.

"What? No!" I protest.

"Abby, come on! She's rich! So it'll be a good party. Plus free food, and I need to get revenge."

I sigh. "This is going to cause a lot of drama."

"Which is exactly why we're going."

"Yeah, I used to call her Liz." Jeydon says on the drive home. We had just picked Kate up from daycare and I was telling him about the whole lunch scene today. "Didn't I tell you to stay away from her?"

"She came to me!" I look over at him. He has this distant look in his eyes as he stared at the road in front of him. "So I guess you're not coming to the party." I mutter.

"Oh I'm coming."

"Why!" I yell.

"I was invited so I have a choice of going."

I rest my chin on my hand and stare out the window. "You still like her, don't you?" I glare at the sky.

He stops the car at a red light and turns to face me. "Why would you think that?" He asks firmly.
