The Avenger initiative

As you can probably imagine Dante and Lady are together now, They are now seen in the same bed together waking up after all their injuries have healed, so obviously they where really fucking tired

Dante wakes up with a groan and feels a pair of arms around him and turns to see lady holding him closely

Usually he'd be embarrassed but he can't help but smile, he finally has someone he can't actually be close too

Lady: see something you like?

Dante went slightly red and looked away when he felt two arms wrapped around his neck seeing the familiar set of hetrochromia eyes

Lady: aww come on you know I don't mind you staring at me, after all I am very hot

Dante sighed: You're impossible

Lady: but you love me

Dante: can't argue with that

Lady smirked and pulled Dante in for a quick kiss

Dante went red

Lady: a little morning kiss now let's get ready

Dante chuckled and they got up, Dante turned on some music and they ate breakfast and just enjoyed  themselves

But lady would always catch Dante looking off

Lady: you're still thinking about him aren't you?

Dante sighed: yeah, just a cruel twist of fate, me and Vergil where just starting to get along and then he was taken away again

Lady: but I bet he's still alive

Dante: yeah, I don't doubt it, I just wish I knew where he was

Lady: wanna go for a stroll, clear your head a little

Dante: you mean our kind of stroll

Lady smirked and nodded

And soon they got their clothes on and jumped out of their apartment window landing on the next building and then ran together jumping for, roof too roof at high speeds

Dante was running towards a ledge than using a small part of his demonic power he jumped over a road and landed on the building on the other side

Lady sighed: hey I can't make that

Dante smirked but this got lady annoyed so she put her gloves on and using created a ramp

Then skated down it and flew over the road skidding to a halt in front of Dante

Then clicking her fingers to make the ramp go away

Dante: people might have noticed that

Lady: it was gone quick enough that no-one will believe them

Dante: fair enough

Dante rested on the roof and lady laid down beside him

Dante: this is kinda nice

Lady: of course it is, we both needed a break, it was a really long day yesterday

Dante: yeah I'm surprised we got out of there with our lives, got some scars though

Lady: yeah well that comes with the job and plus they make you look extra sexy

Dante: alright calm down, last thing people want too se eis two high school students fucking on a roof

Lady pouts: fine guess I'll wait till we get home

Dante: uh sure

Dnate's eyes then landed on a pizza place and smirked

Lady: you have a strange addiction to that stuff

Dante: what can I say, I love it

Lady: as much as you love me?

Dante: hmm

Lady rolls his eyes that he needs to think about it

Dante: it's close but pizza is second

Lady smacked him: don't take as long next time

Dante: owww

They both then jump down from the roof and go and get some pizza
they are at the pizza place

Dante is of course absolutely devouring pizza and lady is just rolling her eyes while eating normally

Then the heard a megaphone

?: young man please exit the pizza

Dante: are they talking about me?

Megaphone: yes I'm talking to you bring the nice young lady outside with you

Lady: yeah I think they are, shame this was technically our first date

Dante: get used too it babe

And they walk out and see fury on a bench

Dante: you couldn't have waited?

Fury: I've seen you eat out a pizza place and then wait until they cooked more, so no I couldn't

Lady snickered

Dante rolled his eyes: what's this about?

Fury: I'll get right to the point, I have a proposition for the two of you

He hands both of them files

They open them

Lady: what's the avengers initiative

Dante: Dante Redgrave, highly skilled, super annoying but still recommended

Lady: Lady, actually name redacted, highly skilled, very weird, still recommend

Dante: the hell is an avenger?

Fury: The avengers are a group of remarkable people brought together to protect the world against a common threat

Dante: and we're?

Fury: i am recruiting both you to be part of that team

Lady: ok d-

Dante: -do we get paid

Fury sighed

Fury: really?

Lady; we two high school students living together, we need money

Fury: well your next job is about to happen riiiiight now

He said as the pizza was crushed

Dante: No!

A demon walked out of the rubble

Demon: Dante Redgrave son of sparda

Dante is exuding a dark red aura

Dante: you destroyed the my favourite pizza place!

Demon: uhhhh

Dante puts his mask on

Dante: you're dead!

Dante summons rebellion and tears the demon apart

Lady: that's not coming out of our paycheck is it

Fury; no, demon caused that not you

Lady: k call us when you need us

Fury; will do

Dante walked out of the wreckage a bit of demon blood on his clothes and his sword over his back

Dante: ready to go home?

Lady: yes
