So first it's spelled barely, not barley

Also, transparent and translucent are not the same thing. Transparent is like glass, you can see clearly through it.

Translucent is when if you look through the material, you cannot see clearly, but you can make out colours and sometimes shapes. It's blurry.

And opaque is when you can't see through it at all
