He had done everything there is to do but after losing his championship at NXT takeover he had to try and win it back throug...
It was time for Braun Strowman vs Y/N L/N for the WWE Championship. A match that Y/N made for tonight. Unaware, to Y/N tonight was Legends Night which he thought was a joke, they were old and past it. He would rather focus on his WWE Championship match tonight.
Braun Strowman made his entrance first and then so did Y/N. Y/N walked out to the ring with a confident swagger as there was no doubt in his mind that he was going to retain tonight.
The match started and both men got locked in a collar and elbow tie up but Strowman just threw Y/N off of him. Y/N shook his head and tutted in annoyance. Y/N and Strowman circled around each other but the Monster Amongst Men backed Y/N into the corner.
Y/N rolled out of the ring as he reset his position. Y/N took a moment before going back into the ring. Y/N and Strowman went for a collar and elbow tie up, but Y/N quickly used his superior grappling skills and transitioned into a wristlock. Y/N delivered some clubbing blows trying to soften up the arm but Strowman broke free and tossed Y/N out of the ring.
Strowman took the fight to Y/N outside of the ring delivering a right before throwing him into the steel steps. Strowman delivered an uppercut before rolling back into the ring and back out again. Strowman ran around ringside and clattered into the WWE Champion.
Strowman dragged Y/N back up to his feet but Y/N delivered a headbutt breaking free and starting to brawl with the monster on the outside. The Challenger tried to lift up the champion but Y/N delivered an elbow to the bridge of Strowman's nose before shoving him shoulder-first into the ring post.
Y/N slammed Strowman's hand onto the steel steps before stamping down hard on Strowman's hand.

Y/N dragged Strowman up to his feet and slammed his opponent's hand into the apron. Strowman entered the ring clutching at his arm only for it to be kicked again by the WWE Champion.
Y/N applied a modified arm lock targeting the arm. Y/N yanked it back extending the arm but it gave Strowman a chance to break free with an arm drag. Y/N got back to his feet first and delivered a chop that sent Strowman back down to the mat.
Y/N delivered another chop but this time it was to Strowman's arm which he would keep targeting as it worked in the favour of Y/N. Y/N tried to stamp on Strowman's hand again as he continued to show an absence of malice but Strowman tied his arms together, Y/N delivered a knee to Strowman's shoulder blade keeping up the attack.
Y/N dragged Strowman's arm away before kicking it at full force. Y/N continued with a submission as he once again put pressure on Strowman's shoulder blade as he continued to dissect the monster.
