teasing fans about her upcoming solo

A proud smile stayed on your lips as you watched Yeji sign pictures and albums while fans took a bunch of pictures with her.

You're at the airport, almost ready to board the plane and head off on vacation.

You don't have much time to spend together on this vacation before Yeji's schedule gets hectic again as she prepares for her upcoming solo debut.

But JYPE is giving her a few days before all of that begins so she decided that a vacation for just the two of you somewhere warm, private, and relaxing was a must.

You both got to the airport early because you knew there would be a crowd of fans lined up there, as always, and Yeji wanted to take a few minutes to spend with them.

As you watched the fans hold their phones out to take pictures and videos of her, you heard them rambling off questions to her.

Some just asked where you were going on vacation, which she gave vague answers to because she was hoping that she wouldn't get recognized much while you were out.

Others asked her if she was excited about her solo debut and how the girls were feeling about it.

You, however, were eventually pulled over by fans who wanted pictures with you too.

It's something you can't ever get used to because you never thought people would ever want pictures with you like this before you met Yeji and before your relationship became so public.

But MIDZY adores you so much and always wants to interact with you like they do with your girlfriend.

"Y/N, can you tell us about Yeji's solo?" One fan excitedly asked.

You looked over at your girlfriend as she heard the question too and, deciding to be a little playful, you decided to tease a little of her solo to the fans.

You were one of the very first and very few people who got to listen to her solo before it was even announced to the world.

It's a little perk of being her girlfriend; one you never take for granted.

"You want some details about it, huh?" You smirked. "Let's see, what can I tell you?"

Yeji finished signing one last copy of a gold album a fan had brought with them before she hurried over.

"It's a very special album. I've personally had it on repeat since first hearing it. It's very fun and upbeat and just wait until you hear the title track, it's so good!"

"Okay, okay! Too much information already." Yeji said as she came up behind you.

You laughed happily as her arms wrapped tightly around you and she tried to pull you away from the fans before you shared too much.

"You already know how breathtaking her visuals are. The video is great as well! The songs are very catchy and get stuck in your head very easily." You continued to tease. "Should I tell you all my favorite song? I think it's-"

You weren't actually going to reveal any of the details that had yet to be announced but you were trying to tease the fans and your girlfriend.

So when she playfully put her hand over your mouth, you laughed against her palm, your breath tickling her skin.

"Will there be any features with other idols?" One fan asked.

"You'll see soon enough," Yeji said, refusing to answer any questions. "Thank you for waiting so patiently to see us. Bye!"

Yeji led you across the airport so you could go board the plane as the announcement came over the speakers that it was time to begin getting on there.

"You know I wasn't going to say anything too revealing, right, my love?" I was only messing with you." You told her as you sat in your seats.

"I know, baby. It's okay. I was only messing with you too." She grinned.

You reached for her hand before laying your cheek on her shoulder.

"I can't wait for everyone to hear it. I'm so proud of you."

"Thank you." She said before kissing your head. "But let's forget all about work and stress and everything else and just enjoy a few days on vacation together."

You brought her hand to your lips for a soft kiss.

"I can't wait."
