" When their parents came back with Myai and Bun Mà, it was the start of Myai's hate for Niran and it was also the first time Niran had seen hatred in his sister's gaze. Her gaze were cold, burning with rage of betrayal and that was when Myai decided that she would take the Throne of Ratchasakun and would take revenge on Niran for betraying her like that. It was the start of her actual life. Their Younger brother Bun Mà, he grew up to be a very spoiled kid who disrespected everyone, doesn't care if the person is older or younger. Queen Amara and King Chai Mìk successfully made the three siblings compete each other for the throne. It was for their sick satisfaction. "
Nina listened quitely. Her gaze holding tears and sympathy for Niran who had not only faced his parents's cruelty but also bared his own sister's hate for years. She wanted to rush to Myai, tell everything to her, reveal the truth and make them both be like before again. But it wasn't the right time yet. Chisuke silently watched Nina, she had skipped few things while telling the truth to Nina. Her gaze were as always blank as she sat beside Nina.
" And.....Who are you Chisu? "
Nina asked softly while wipping her tears with the back of her hands. Chisuke continued to stare at her emotionlessly.
" Who am I? What's my relation with Niran? Who is he? "
Chisuke ignored the first question as she got up from bed and walked towards the wall. She stared at it before it itself opened showing the hidden shelf where laid the Red Eye Book.
Nina also stood up from bed with a confused look on her face. Taking the book in her hand, Chisuke turned around facing Nina again. She gave her a icy cold look before slowly opening the book. The room was immediately filled with the golden light coming from the book.
Chisuke looked up, her red eyes flowing as she spoke.
" There was a famous couple in tales of old times. The Mighty General Lord Nyles Berkshire who fell for a simple dancer.......of the a realm....Sylvana Kline. A story written in blood of those who were sacrificed. A Kingdom in it's last moment seen it die. The story ended the moment their hearts lied. "
Nina paused. She couldn't understand what Chisuke was telling her. She took a step closer, her gown rustling against the floor as she looked down at the red eye book Chisuke was holding.
In the page, there was a old painting. A girl dressed in a gown, the gown has sheer, lace-trimmed fabric draping over her shoulders and arms, enhancing the romantic and regal look. The long, flowing veil or cape-like fabric attached to the dress adds an extra touch of elegance, blending seamlessly with the dreamy, soft lighting of the scene. Elegant and intricately designed gown with a soft, ethereal aesthetic. It is primarily white or a very light pastel shade, featuring delicate floral lace patterns and embroidery that cascade down the fabric. The bodice is form-fitting, adorned with intricate detailing, and the dress has a flowing, layered skirt that gives it a graceful, fairy-tale-like appearance.
She was in a middle of dance, a gentle smile on lips as she moved in music. In the painting, it was also shown a mascular man staring at her, admiring her from distance. He held a wine glass between his fingers, seemed to be with his friends but his eyes, they were stuck on the dancing lady. His eyes soft, filled with love and adoration as he admired his beloved from afar. The man was incredibly handsome with sharp jaw and high cheekbones. The way he stared at the dancing lady, it made something inside Nina's heart flip. Her heart fluttered.
" He's........Nyles? "
Chisuke nodded.
" Then she's.......Sylvana? "
Chisuke again nodded.
" Is Sylvana......me? "
Chisuke paused, taking in Nina's confusion filled eyes. Nina didn't knew what to feel. The story was somehow oddly familiar but she couldn't pin point where exactly she heard it.
" No. "
Chisuke's response left Nina feeling bewildered.
" Then who am I? Why are you telling me this story? "
Chisuke shrugged, closing the door before placing it back in it's place. Nina hesitated, not knowing what to do. She looked at Chisuke again.
" Do we know each other Chisuke? "
Chisuke raised a eyebrow.
" You lost your memory of us being friends Nina? "
Nina quickly shook her head in denial.
" Not that. Do we know each other from before we first met Chisu? "
The answer was simple.
" Yes. "
It was all what Nina needed to know. She was still confused but knowing Chisuke won't tell her until the time is right, she remained silent. She didn't knew who Chisuke really was. She didn't knew from how long Chisuke has been existing and when did she died. But what she knew was, It was not the right time to know the full truth about their existence and the reason behind it.
