Thank you for clicking on my story and deciding to check it out! It means so much! <3
Anyways, news flash, I'm rewriting this because I have new ideas, and yes, I'm continuing this. It will take me about a week to start on a new chapter, since I am rewriting every single chapter that I believe needs to be rewritten. There will be some massive edits in this story. For instance, this is now a Sebastian x Reader story.. yeah. and I will be not following the manga or the anime events, since god knows how many times you guys had to read those in other fanfics. Enjoy!

~+~+~

I stared out the window, as cold hard rain pounded on the carriage window. It sounds like hands pounding on the window begging me to let them in.. no, I must not think that! Ciel! I sighed, hoping Sebastian would get us back to the manor faster. I don't get it, he can recreate the manor in under a day, but not speed up this carriage? Tch. How useless. I didn't feel like shouting to him either, as it is impolite. My only hope now was to sleep. I tried closing my eyes and waiting a few minutes, but my body would not let me sleep. Sebastian, hurry up you! God.

Suddenly, I heard lightning. Apparently, after that the horses went wild. Sebastian! Stop fooling around! It was too late, however. But, I know my butler.

He can fix this.

He has to fix this.

It's my order.

But, he doesn't. There has to be a reason why he isn't doing this. Tch! I get thrown around in the carriage, and there is a sudden rock until it becomes still. We crashed! I tried to open the carriage doors, but they were jammed. "Sebastian!" I shouted. I saw him get down from the top of the carriage and stop in front of the door. He smiled. That cocky bastard! Smirking at a time like this! Sebastian, oh I will get you once we get home! He finally stopped playing around, and actually kicked the door open for once.

"Sebastian! How dare you let our carriage crash!" I yelled at him, a furious tone in my voice.

"But my lord, there is something I want to show you." He smoothly informed. I widened my eye.

"You.. bastard! You didn't have to stop the carriage like this!"

"I am truly sorry, young master." I twitched my eye. "Liar." I just murmured. Sebastian opened an umbrella before letting me get out of the carriage. "What do you even want me to see? It has to be important if you let the horses escape." I exclaimed. Sebastian simply smirked after that, followed by a sentence. "It is a surprise." He put a finger on his lips, while I looked at him. Whatever, let's get this over with. We walked into a forest, and I wondered why Sebastian decided to bring me here.

"Where are we going? This is an order, Sebastian! You must not lie."

"We are going to a lake, I smell something there."

"Oh?" I replied.

Sebastian became quiet after that, still walking forward in the forest. By this time the rain had cleared up, and we have been walking for about 7 minutes. My feet were hurting like crazy, but I must not show my weakness in front of Sebastian! He will scold me for not being able to walk long distances! Well, it's not my fault, it's not like I, an 11 year old, has legs as long as a 3000 year old demon! Hmph!

"Young master, is something bothering you?" The demon asked, smirking.

"No." I simply replied with no emotion. Sebastian ignored this and picked me up.

"You shouldn't torture your feet, my lord."

Hah, he finally notices I am in pain?!

"Young master, we have arrived." I was shocked at what he showed me. I thought it couldn't get worse, after the carriage crashed...

...

...

HE MADE ME WALK TO A BORING LAKE?!

"My lord, it isn't just the lake I wanted to show you." He informed, chuckling. "It is this." Sebastian added on, pointing to a boat that is close to the shore. It is an ordinary wooden boat, one of those cheap ones. "It's just a boat." I quickly argued. "No, there is someone in it. They are unconscious." Sebastian's face fell grim. We walked closer to the boat, and Sebastian was correct. There was a young lady, looking about 25 years old. She had (h/c) hair, and a white dress on her. White flower petals started to fall in this moonlight. "Young master, she smells different than all the other humans. Like there is an otherworldly scent, except, she still is a human." The demon butler informed, with a blank face. "Why are you staring at her corpse, Sebastian? Save her! If she smells different than the normal humans, we may be able to find out more about her breed." I used this opportunity. She could help out in the manor, but not fully become a maid. She can cook food with Sebastian, she can help Finny tend the garden, and she can help Mey-Rin.

"Yes, my lord."
