Wrencer re-union

Part 6

Spencer didn't know how to react to her feelings rushing through her head, she decided to write a letter, she always found it easier to put words on paper rather than talking about it, she always felt as if feelings get in a way of living your life in peace, it's a weakness. She was always strong headed and never believed in fairy tales or happy ever after endings. She took her old type writer her granny gave her, out of the closet and started typing. 

[I can't sleep, I just lay down, wide awake in my bed instead.
My body shattered and desperate for sleep, but my brain having a different idea.
His giggle echoing in my head, vision of his dimples making me feel warm inside, although it's cold in the middle of the night.
I want him to hold my hand and say everything will be okay.
How can he? after everything we've been through?
Is it crazy to think that we could have a happy ending, and picking up where we have left of years ago?]

Her typing got interrupted by Emily. Emily came to remind Spencer that they were supposed to go shopping for clothes. They are going to college soon, and Emily volunteered to go shopping in order to take her mind off of Toby. 

"isn't shopping Hanna's kind of thing anyway?" Spencer asked. 
Emily shook her head and grabbed her arm to hurry her up. They left the house at last and headed towards the mall. They struggled with finding a parking space, they kept wondering around the car park until at last they found a space next to a car who was just parking too. Girls got out of the car, and so did the driver next to them. It was Wren. Emily was surprised to see him there, she knew he is staying in rosewood for a while but it caught her off guard. What she was more shocked with is the fact that Spencer was cuddling him, her arms around his neck, him whispering something in her ear.

"So are you going to tell me what is going on?" Emily asked after they walked away and it was safe to ask without hearing him say anything. 
"well..." Spencer went on. She explained that they bonded over the Toby break up, but they were nothing more than friends. 
"just one thing doesn't add up Spencer, you don't want to fuck your friends!" Emily urged. Spencer glazed at Emily in shock.
