Myron's blade ignited in a torrent of black and crimson flames, roaring to life with fierce intensity. As he swung forward, the fiery energy took shape — the head of a massive tiger, its burning eyes wild with rage, maw opened in a savage roar.
The blazing beast tore through the darkness of the forest, its flaming fangs slashing through multiple demons in a single sweeping arc. Their screams echoed through the night as the fire consumed them completely — their bodies turned to ash before they could even hit the ground.
Silence.
Myron stood in the middle of the clearing, sword still sizzling with residual heat. Steam rose off the scorched earth, embers dancing in the air like fireflies.
He exhaled slowly, lowering his blade.
"That was the last one," he muttered, scanning the quiet forest. "I don't sense any more demons nearby."
He slid his sword back into its sheath on his back with a practiced motion, the sound of metal sliding against metal sharp in the stillness. He paused for a moment, gazing up at the trees before adjusting the gray headphones resting around his neck. Music started playing softly — mellow, calming — just enough to ease the edge of adrenaline still in his blood.
