The urge to pee is what wakes me. Damn bladder seems to have it out for me lately. I groan at the soreness between my legs and sit up. The bedroom is enveloped in darkness, the music is still vibrating the whole building and the blonde guy, Oliver, is snoring softly beside me. I smile slightly, thankful that he's still asleep or this moment would be incredibly awkward.

I climb over Oliver with as much grace as an elephant on crack: none. I'm pretty sure I kneed him in the family jewels at one point, but thank the Lord, he's a deep sleeper and didn't awake to a crazy, naked girl hovering over him.

Tiptoeing around the room I grab my clothes and quickly dress. As I'm pulling my underwear up under my dress the bed sheets rustle. Fuck. Please don't be awake, please don't be awake.

"You didn't tell me you were a virgin," Oliver states in a groggy voice. I swear under my breath and run my fingers through my curled hair before turning to face him.
"It wasn't a big deal," I mutter. I avoid looking at his face and instead busy myself looking for my two inch heels. He falls silent and I look up in hope that he'd fallen back asleep. Instead, I catch his midnight glare.

"Yes, it was, Alex," Shivers roll down my spine when he says my name. What am I doing? I mentally shake myself and match his steely glare with my own.

"Well it's not a problem anymore is it?" I growl, yanking my shoes on my feet. The bed moves as he stands up in all his naked glory. I keep my eyes averted from his body as he pulls on his dark jeans and shirt. Okay, so maybe I peeked a little.

His heavy footsteps make their way toward me as I'm crouched, zipping my shoes up. I automatically look at him when he stops in front of me, and by 'him' I mean his, thankfully, covered crotch. I awkwardly clear my throat and stand. Even with an extra two inches to my height I still only reach his broad shoulders.

"Alex?"
"What?" I reply. His stare penetrates mine and I can't look away from his alluring eyes. His fingers gently take hold of my chin, tilting my head slightly.  He lowers his face until I can feel his breath tickling my lips.

"Don't ever say that something about you isn't a big deal, because it is," he says.
"You don't even know me," I snort, pulling my face from his grip and walking towards the door. His hand latches onto mine and he pulls me back into his chest. Before I even have time to react his lips lock onto mine in a gentle kiss. I kiss him back despite myself. I stretch up to him, holding onto his shoulders until his kiss leaves breathless. Our lips part but our foreheads remain pressed together. My eyes flutter open to meet his gentle gaze.

"No strings attached, Oliver."
"I know." His sigh blows across my face as he moves away from me effectively making my arms drop back into place. The movement catches his eye and he frowns while looking at my arms.

"What are you looking at?"
"What happened to your arm?" He asks, looking at me expectantly. I lift my burnt arm, having completely forgotten about it. The skin had lost it's redness but it had risen into a large obvious blister.

"I, uh, burnt it," I stutter, looking anywhere but at him. I'm a terrible liar.
"Yeah, I can see that. How did you manage to burn yourself that bad?"
"I, uh, had better get going," I trail off awkwardly, biting my thumb nail. He frowns in confusion but doesn't press the burn issue.
"I'll walk with you."

Oliver walks me to the door and stops there. The party is still in full swing with a couple of people passed out in corners, on the stairs and anywhere else there's room.

"Where do you live?" Oliver asks. I raise my brows at him and he stumbles to explain.
"I mean how far is it? Is it in walking distance, do you need a taxi? I can walk with you so you're not on your own," he offers. I smile at him, grateful for his offer.

"Thank you but I can call my friend to pick me up," I reply.
"You're sure?"
"Yes, thanks again, Oliver," I send him one last smile before walking away. I feel his eyes follow me the whole way to the bench at the side of the road. When I look back he's gone. I let out a deep breath and cross my arms to protect myself from the cold. I send my best friend, Maddie, my location, asking if she could pick me up. She replies with a quick 'OMW', I sigh a breath of relief and sit back against the cold bench.

And I still need to freaking pee, great.
