All at once, the once-empty table in front of the girls was stacked with loads upon loads of delicious food: plump hams, roast potatoes, enormous turkey legs, savory rolls, goblets of pumpkin juice, and even an assortment of sweets that Lauren hadn't been able to get her hands on during the train ride.

She spotted a stack of chocolate frogs to her right and suddenly realized that the one she'd bought for Camila was still in her robe. She fished around in her pocket for the parcels- two of them that she hadn't opened- and handed them to Camila.

"I forgot to give you this on the train," Lauren said.

Camila reached out to grab one, but she wasn't quick enough. A hand popped up out of nowhere and snatched the box that Camila was going for. Lauren looked up at the culprit angrily and found Chris smiling down at her.

"I believe one of these is for me," he smirked, and then turned his attention on Camila. "Sorry, was that rude? You can have it if you want..."

"No, I'll just take the other one," Camila dismissed with a grin. "You must be Chris. Lauren told me all about you on the train."

"Oh, what gave it away? I swore I wouldn't tell people I'm her brother this year," Chris joked. "Is it that obvious?"

"It seems that good looks run in the family," Camila nodded.

She took the remaining chocolate frog from Lauren and moved over so Chris could sit down. He smiled down at Dinah next, who he knew because of her undeniable appreciation for Quidditch, and even she couldn't turn away from his blinding smile.

"Dinah," Chris greeted with a nod. "Is this seat taken?"

"Yes," she snapped playfully, but she moved over anyway.

Chris wedged himself in between Camila and Dinah and began reaching for the chocolate frogs as everyone else started to pile the amazing feast before them onto their golden plates. By the time Lauren and Camila had loaded their dishes with one of everything on the table, Chris had at least a dozen chocolate frogs in front of him and was ignoring his food as he dug into the one Lauren had bought him, but it didn't matter how many he took, as a new one appeared for each one that he snatched.

"He collects the cards at the bottom of the packages," Lauren explained to Camila. "It's obsessive. He's got thousands..."

"A thousand and three, thank you very much," Chris chimed in. "And it's not obsessive, it's an art. Besides, I only have so many because I'm trying to find the really valuable ones. I just don't throw the common ones away."

"He has so many that he brought them all to school in their own suitcase this year," Lauren continued.

"Do you trade them?" Camila asked.

"Only in certain cases," Chris shrugged. "Well, go on, open yours up. Let's see who you've got."

Camila tore into the cardboard casing around the chocolate frog. Of course, the tiny creature jumped out almost immediately and scared her half to death, but Chris caught it and bit it in half before it could get too far. Camila lifted the trading card out of the bottom and held it up to the light.

"It...moves?" she gasped.

Sure enough, the wizard on the front of her card was pacing back and forth.

"Another spell," Lauren explained. "Like how the frog is made of solid chocolate, but it still moves. It's not real."

"Still wicked, though," Chris defended as he took the card from Camila's hand.

He stared at it for a few seconds and then tossed it in front of her, his brow furrowed in disappointment.

"You got Merlin," he announced. "I've got three of him. They're not very valuable."
