Chapter 32

Hoseok's POV

Yoongi and I walked out of the infirmary building to find Jin speaking to another man beside a black car. Jin notices our approach and lifts his eyes to us, smiling gently. The man in front of him turns around to look at us.

My heart jolts as his green eyes meet mine. This man is also my mate. Yoongi seems unfazed by this man's presence. This man must be one of the five other mates he mentioned to me before. The man in question is incredibly handsome, and he's bounding towards us now.

He stops a few feet before, smelling like vanilla and cinnamon. "My name is Taehyung Kim. I'm part of the Kim Pack. And I'm one of your mates! I'm so happy to see you well enough to walk around." He says, grinning from ear to ear. He turns to walk in step with us to the car, "Thanks for accepting our invitation. We're all excited to meet you officially!"

Taehyung reaches for the backseat door and opens it for us, "Thank you, Taehyung! We're excited as well,"

We slide into the back seat. Jin slides into the driver's seat, and Taehyung sits in the passenger seat.

"So, how was your morning so far?" Taehyng asks suggestively, glancing at us over his shoulder.

Deflecting, "I hope you guys are hungry. I made a lot of food." Jin interjects.

"I'm starving!" I say, "Can I ask you guys something?"

"Yes, of course,"

"Yoongi told me there were four of you. Where are the other two?"

"Ah, you're talking about our Y/N and Joonie," Taehyung answers.

"Joonie?"

"Y/N and Namjoon," Jin corrects, "They're working in our home office right now on pack business,"

"Yeah, they have been working like that for days now," Taehyung sighs, smiling sadly, as he grabs Jin's hand. "I miss them sometimes,"

"I know, babe." Jin squeezes his hand reassuringly. "But we have each other. Our alphas are working hard so we can be safe and happy,"

"They're both alphas? I thought two alphas were incompatible," I state cautiously.

"They aren't compatible," Yoongi offers sourly. "I'm surprised they haven't taken each other's heads off,"

"And yet, they work so well together. Trust me, they both have strong personalities but they compromise a lot. And they allow for the other to lead them. It's because they trust each other fully," Jin answers, "if anything, I tried to take Y/N's head off when I met her," He laughs it off casually.

"How so? Aren't you a beta?" Yoongi asks curiously.

"Yeah, I am. But still-"

"He thought she was keeping Namjoon from us. But we found out that, it was Namjoon being secretive," Taehyung cuts in.

"See, he was being selfish and lied to you," Yoongi points out. "Why would you take such disregard and disrespect? Clearly, he thinks less of you,"

"It hurt at first, He explained that he didn't want to overwhelm her because she's never had a mate, let alone three all at once. And He was right," Jin explains. "His instincts took over him for a moment. It clouded his judgment, but that didn't mean he didn't love us or respect us. We all deserve some grace sometimes," Jin finishes, looking pointedly at Yoongi from the rearview mirror. Yoongi scoffs, folding his arms across his chest.

"Trust me, we didn't let him off easy. He was punished well enough. He apologized and we all moved on. It hasn't happened again since." Taehyung elaborates, smiling to himself.

This catches Yoongi's attention, "You punished your alpha?"

"It was more like not giving him access to us after what he'd done, for like six days, and he came back begging for forgiveness," Tae shrugs,

"And he didn't do anything about it," Yoongi asks, clearly uncomfortable.

"Like what? Hit us?" Taehyung's eyes widen at the suggestion. "God, no. He respected our boundaries and stayed away until we wanted to have him back, but on some conditions, of course! Namjoon would never put his hands on us!"

"If Namjoon and Y/n met first. And you two and him were already mated to each other. Then how did you two meet him?"

Jin answered this time, "Namjoon and Tae came to me in the forest near the Kim pack, it was back when Namjoon's dad was in charge still."

"Oh my god, tell them how you growled at me!" Taehyung jokingly slaps Jin's arm.

"You did what?" I ask, genuinely concerned at this point.

"I didn't see Taehyung waiting nearby when Joonie approached me. I realized that they were together. And that they had been together for some time based on their scents. I was just so jealous, I couldn't control it and I growled at him. I realized that he was mine too. Namjoon managed to calm me down-"

"And it's been nothing but love ever since," Taehyung interjects again. "We've found Y/N and we're happy to be able to care for her and be hers," Jin says. 

"And there's you two, but we'll see about that," Taehyung adds. 

"But like I said, Grace is needed," Jin adds, referring to his story. 

Yoongi nods stiffly at that, and I place a hand on his thigh. He smiles at the gesture.

The car pulls to a stop. "We're here!" Jin announces, turning off the car. He takes a step out before opening our door, and allowing us to step out and look at the two-story house. Taheyung meets us around the car, smiling and motioning for us to follow him.

"Come on, let's go inside!"

I take Yoongi's hand as we walk up the stairs together. I'm bubbling over with excitement and nerves. So far, the conversations we've had with them have been reassuring and comforting. Not only that, but I've found that I am attracted to them as much as I am to Yoongi. 

And not just physically. It's more like a mental attraction. We've seemed to have built a mutual understanding. I'm hopeful about this experience, and everything is going well. I'm ready to experience this journey to the fullest with Yoongi. And maybe with them all.

This should be a quick read, but sets up for the following chapter for their brunch date! Yay!

I'm so excited. I'm planning on writting about 2-3 more chapter following this plot line with yoongi and hoseok, so please stick with me. it will all be worth it in the end.
