as let down as he was, josh didn't want the (awkward) conversation to finish. though, he did feel he was wasting tyler's time.
little did he know, tyler felt the same way.
"so uh-", both boys said at once.
cheeks turning pink, tyler let josh talk first.
"sorry, um. well i know this is really strange and weird and we just met but..." josh continued nervously, "oh, uh, i'm, uh, i'm sorry. never mind. i'm sorry. bye, tyler."
head hanging low, the blue-haired boy walked away.
tyler was never a believer in "love at first sight". what just happened didn't change that either. he didn't want to kiss or hold hands or even talk with josh. he just wanted to say hello.
