The day

C h a r l o t t e

I groaned, the loud and obnoxious ringing of Michael's phone waking me up.

"Mikey!" I snapped at him because he wasn't waking up.

"Yeah I hear it" he mumbled, grabbing his phone lazily and answering it.

It was 6:30am, who the fúck would ring at this time?

"Hi dad" he muttered as he sat up, stretching then rubbing his eyes.

"Okay, yeah, we'll be there, bye"

"What's up?" I asked, looking at the ceiling.

"Mum's collapsed again, we need to go to the hospital" he sighed.
(Don't ask me what's wrong with her because I don't know)

We quickly got ready and grabbed our stuff, making our way to the car.

Michael drove faster than he normally would.

"Mikey, slow down" I rest my head on the head rest and closed my eyes. I don't really know if he slowed down or not.

I felt something hit us and hard, we were jolted around a lot and everything went black.

Michael Clifford, age 19 died after being in a collision sending the car down into a steep ditch. The passenger , Charlotte Wells (that's not her real last name) was severely injured but is still alive.
