Slovenia is the type of guy who finds Italy annoying mostly due to the influence on his culture which he tries hard to keep.
Though he can't say what he thinks to Italy...
After all, Italy's people keep visiting his house. So Ita-kun's pretty important for Slovenia's tourism~

Oh yeah, what Slovenia is wearing is based on the ceremonial dress version of the Slovenian military uniform. It's used for important events like conferences, official dinners and etc.
