I woke up entangled with Levi. My head was in the crook of his neck and his arms were wrapped around my stomach. The sun still wasn't up and that's when I realized it was the middle of the night. I didn't want to wake Levi so I tried to fall back asleep.

Levi smelled like fresh air and expensive cologne. I ran my hand through his hair. It was thick but soft at the same time. Looking close up I could see he had a small scar above his right eyebrow.

We stayed like that until the sun came up, me staring at him like a creep. When Levi started to stir, I pretended to sleep. I didn't want to get caught and have him tease me about it.

Levi gently pulled away from my body, not wanting to wake me. I felt the truck shake as he hopped out and grabbed something from the drivers side door.

He closed the door and got back in with me. He stayed above the blankets. I rolled over, my back facing him. I heard Levi unwrap something, the foil crackling in his hands. I rubbed my eyes and slowly sat up.

"Good morning," Levi said. He was eating a granola bar.

"Morning," I said, my voice dry.

"We're going to go home and clean up, we have another big day ahead of us," Levi said, smiling.

I internally groaned, knowing that I didn't have a choice.

The sun is slowing setting, making the air cooler. The surrounding crowd is going nuts. The big lights turned on, illuminating the football field.

Levi had set up a 2 touch football game with our high school football team, the ABC'S , Addy, and me. Addy and I were on the same team, along with 9 other guys. Levi and the ABC'S had 2 other football players. I thought our team was stacked but Levi and his friends worked like a well oiled machine. We were at the half, huddled up on opposite sides of the field.

Our sweaty, mud covered bodies were touching each other while we strategized.

The score was tied 14-14 and we had the ball.

"Addy, nobody expects you to go for the ball. You're gonna sprint down the field and get open however you can," Henry, the star quarterback explained.

"Oh good, leave the female to the hard work," Addy joked.

"Abigail, Levi has been playing great defense so you need to distract him in any way," Henry continued.

I gave Addy the look, Levi was too fast for me to catch him. I was just going to have to use my lady charm on him.

Henry explained how the play would work. We broke out of our huddle, the crowd immediately cheering us on. Levi must have invited the entire school. The bleachers were full and a bunch of families were standing around the fence, even the concessions stand was going.

The score board was a giant distraction to both teams. I wanted to win just to rub it in Levi's face, while Levi wanted to win for his masculinity. We watched as the team in blue seperated and walked up to us, the team in yellow.

Henry called our play "computer blue" in the huddle. We waited for our signal, ready to pounce at any second.

I smiled at Levi, catching his attention. I pointed to my eyes and then to his, making him smirk.

"Computer blue, computer blue!" Henry yelled and we jumped. I saw Addy make a run for it, nobody paying attention. She hadn't really participated, she just got distracted by Andrew.

I ran at Levi and threw my myself into his arms, thanking the Lord that he caught me. I smiled at him and gave him a kiss on the cheek, really throwing off his game. I hopped down and ran after Addy, blocking Charlie in the process.
