The floor crumbled out from underneath Roy, sending him falling to the floor below. The women behind him had already pulled out her pistol, and Maise had already slapped her hands together, hitting the wall to create a barricade between them. Now, only two dicks stood in her way. She slowly turned around, trying to plan her next move. "How can a homunculus do alchemy?" Ed wondered out loud. "Oh, shut it! I just want my dog back shortie." Maise responded, angrily, but curious to see his reaction. Edward started screaming words so quickly Maise couldn't keep up. Between his long, boring speech, and the tin can trying to calm him down, Maise quietly slipped pass them and walked into the first door she saw. Inside, a large desk sat near a window with four smaller desks infront. She made her way to the large desk, and found a white pair of gloves. "These are transmutation circles? Must be a pain to draw detailed ones like this so quickly!" She thought. Snooping through the desk she found her pocket watch and a few pencils and pens lying around. Inspired, Maise started drawing.
After hearing the pounding of footsteps in the hallway, Maise finished up her artwork, then ran out the door and back to the barricade. Hoping for the best, she transmuted the wall into the floor she had broken early before. But somehow, Roy had managed to crawl out from the hole and back onto her level. "Damn it!" She said disappointed. She changed directions then turned the corner. Moving as fast as she could Maise turn four more corners, then ran down a staircase. She sat at the bottom for a break. "I will find you Tilly, I promise."
